This is the perfect place for us for our extended stay!

This was a cozy little spot for two. It had a great little sitting spot with a view of the water ideal for peaceful relaxing.

I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. The place realy is nice and neat. feels a bit sterile in a way. rugs would definitely be good. overall a nice place to stay. lots of nice Kcups and complimentary things. if I had stayed longer, they had really nice and fun amenities. lots of treats and snacks in the cowork area. realy overall a pretty neat place. spetve out in the open., newer not really any shade trees.

I absolutely loved my stay!! The host was very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions I had!! The place was peaceful and a perfect get away spot to be alone by myself, which is exactly what I needed this weekend!! Overall it was one of my best airbnb experiences!! I'll definitely be back again next year!!

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We loved our stay at the Farmhaus. It was beyond perfect for our weekend in Fredericksburg. We were central to everything from Main St to the grocery stores, yet the location made it still feel private.

Great place! Peaceful and relaxing with a rural feel yet still close to all of the Main Street activity of Fredericksburg. We did not cook but the kitchen was well equipped to make a meal. Comfortable beds, great water pressure and quiet for sleeping.

This place is so clean and we'll decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the location was perfect as we weren't too concerned with the hustle and bustle of main street.

This is the BEST Airbnb we have stayed in with our dogs. The place has several open grassy areas where they were able to really run and play at full speed. The house is perfect as well - I have never seen a host more thoughtful about every little detail, even leaving the cutest toys and treats for our fur babies. The house was so comfortable, clean, and thoughtful and Amanda was such a sweet host. The sunrises are stunning and the stars are beautiful. A perfect place to get away and just slow down. We hope to be able to visit again for longer.

Rooms with a View! Incredible views off the deck of this 2 bedroom house...in fact I wanted to just stay out there all the time! It was gorgeous! Very private home at the top of the hill country, with views as far as you could see. Simply breathtaking and relaxing!! The rooms were all exactly as described...and all were clean and in perfect condition. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, and had fantastic stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. It's a beautiful space that pulls the whole living room and kitchen into one, and with the patio and the view, it makes it seem even bigger!! We loved the deck...and I would definitely love to come back here. The instructions on how to enter thru the gate were very helpful and specific, and it made it easy to get in and enter the home. Close to Comfort, and not far at all into Fredericksburg. You will love this place if you go!!

This was my first time booking, and I couldn’t have been happier!!! My entire group was impressed by the property and we all want to book again! The home was easy to find and instructions were easy to follow. The home was inviting, clean and in a fabulous location. It provided the calm, tranquil, peaceful location we desired. Bonus, it was only about a 7 minute drive to Main St. Don’t forget a bathing suit so you can enjoy the hot tub after a day of shopping! The hot tub has been replaced and doesn’t match the photo, but it accommodated 4 people just fine. I want to tell you not to book this place and keep it my secret getaway, but I just can’t. Book now, you won’t be disappointed!!!

We recently spent a weekend at a beautiful lakehouse in Burnet, Texas, right on the shores of Lake Buchanan to celebrate our 14 yr old sons birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, but the real magic was the outdoor space and the lake access. With a group of energetic teens in tow, we were hoping for a place where they could stay active, have fun, and most importantly taking a break from screens. This place delivered on all fronts. The kids spent hours kayaking and paddleboating right off the property’s private dock. They loved the freedom of being out on the water, racing each other. At night, we built a fire and made s’mores under the stars with lots of laughter and great memories. No one even missed their phones or video games! what made this trip so amazing was having them unplug and connect with each other outside which is rare these days. the wildlife was the most I've ever seen at a airbnb. the kids loved it

Perfect! Everything about this place is beautiful and luxurious. Everything you could possibly need and more. Had the pleasure of briefly meeting the owner, he was lovely; very kind. We will definitely be back!

This was our first small family getaway with a baby & a 4 year old. We couldn’t have been happier and lucky to have found Holly’s condo. Everything we needed from home was already provided which made our trip that much easier. The sandy beach, pools, park, and board games kept everyone happy and busy the entire stay. And having a cozy patio/condo to go home to was perfect. We will definitely be booking this stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Erin’s place! It was exactly as described, spacious, and the surroundings are beautiful. Erin is a great host - we were particularly impressed with how well maintained and comfortable the house is. It’s also very close to the lake and the marina. This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's place. It was very clean, conveniently close to things, and quiet. It looked just like the pictures. The shower was really good. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Great quiet place really close to Main street which we loved. We were in town for three days and were able to see so much. Home had everything we needed!
