The house's location gives you the opportunity to marvel at the beautiful views of Alcalá del Júcar, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.

Located in a strategic place between Albacete and different charming villages, Alcalá del Júcar, Jorquera, Chinchilla de Monte-Aragón... For motor lovers the circuit is 20 km.

Continuing with the project "MiAldea", started with Casa Felicita, we have rehabilitated another traditional home with the design and know-how of local artisans, so you can enjoy returning to the essentials in this haven of urban life: a good book, a coffee, a nap, a walk, the pleasure of cooking, a conversation at sunset...and this time, with incredible views.

El Balcón de Riópar Viejo 1

A cosy, manor house to enjoy the silence, located in Riópar Viejo, with wonderful views of the entire valley, from the peak of the Almenara to the Calar del Mundo. Ideal to spend some wonderful days of peace and tranquility, walking through the natural landscapes of the area, birth of the World River, Almenara, Toril Pine, Padroncillo, etc. The Balcony of Riópar Viejo consists of two independent but contiguous houses, so groups of 12 guests could stay.

Ancient stone house of the eighteenth century with wonderful views. Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Nestled in the center of the natural park you can enjoy nature, forests and animals such as deer, goats and wild goats. This farm is grown from centuries-old olive trees from the variety of cornicabra, perhaps the best olive trees in the world. It has 2 large bedrooms in attic, a living room with fireplace, a porch, etc.

House of the Balsillas

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation with its porch and barbecue is independent and private. It is on a 5000m2 plot, with parking, swimming pool, basketball hoop, Wi-Fi, ... this area is shared with the owner and/or other guests. There are several bathing areas in the Cabriel River, and there are also several springs (all thermal waters, 27 degrees) with their natural pools, as seen in the photos.

Located 36 km from Albacete and 5 minutes from Plaza Ppal. It has three floors. On the ground floor there is a small bathroom and a large, rustically decorated living room-kitchen. The 1st floor has a master bathroom complete with shower, and two master bedrooms, one of them with individual supplement. 2nd floor with 2 double bedrooms (one of them with supplement) and rest area. SMALL PETS ARE ACCEPTED ON THE GROUND FLOOR WHENEVER THEY ARE POLITE.

Lignum Rural House in Aýna.

Lignum, from the Latin wood, is the new cottage in the Sierra del Segura. A concept of exclusivity and sustainability in a rural setting with which an old carpentry has been refilled with life. The restoration has been carried out without losing the origin of the construction, giving a new opportunity to its stone upholstery, wooden rolls or its cane ceilings; respecting the traditional architecture, but with all the current comforts.

Country house No. 1 in the mountains of Riópar, Río Mundo

It has a living-dining room with a fireplace, TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds, an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, etc.), a bathroom, and a terrace with a porch and barbecue. It is glazed. It has heating, bed linens, towels and kitchenware. From there you can go to the source of the Mundo River by a hiking trail without taking the car, which is very nice by the way.
