Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Llevant

First things first, yes, there should have been more disclosure about the 6 - 8 minuet drive on the dirt road/goat path, but as has been said in several previous reviews, the drive is more than worth the beauty and solitude that you'll find once there. The home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and there is no way to convey how wonderful the view down to the town of Soller is. It is perfectly equipped for two people to stay very comfortably, with a kitchen that is thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. Carolina provided us with a list of provisions for our arrival from an incredible local market. Carolina's place is a little slice of heaven and I feel privileged to have been able to spend a few days there. I'd recommend it unconditionally, and we'll be back just a soon as we can.

It was a peaceful, quiet, exactly what we required after days spent touring the region. Well away from noise and activity of normal holiday accommodation.

We (dad, mom and baby) had a wonderful week in this fantastic finca. The quiet location in the middle of nature was perfect for switching off. The pool was the absolute highlight for all of us! The air conditioning worked perfectly - a big plus, especially on hot days. The kitchen is well equipped, everything was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were also modern and with strong water pressure - better than at home! In a few minutes you are at the sea, ideal for spontaneous excursions. The owner was super nice, warm and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Important to know: As stated in the description, a car is absolutely necessary to be flexible on the road. For us it was an all-round successful holiday – we would love to come back and can highly recommend the finca!

Margalida’s place was very peaceful and very clean, we had a very lovely stay, would definitely recommend !

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Our family stay in this lovely peaceful house was simply perfect. If you are looking for a quiet, rural place, with farm animals and the crowing of the rooster in the morning, in a house over 200 years old, this place is for you. Our 1-year-old and 3-year-old loved it. Special mention for the backyard where we ate all our meals in a peaceful and warm setting. Thank you again for your hospitality, Isabel and Marie.

Joana’s place is an absolute gem! It is beautiful and homey. It made our trip feel like home even as we were in a new place we had never been. You can feel the heart of this space. Beautifully designed with all the amenities you need to enjoy the surroundings. The thoughtfulness of Joana made our stay extra special. This place will not disappoint you. It will make you fall even more in love with the beauty and spirit of S’illot!

We had a wonderful week at the finca and enjoyed the time very much. Everything was super clean and the property very well maintained. We particularly liked the beautiful flower meadows and old olive trees. The perfect place for smaller groups or families who want to be active away from the classic tourist spots. Petra and her husband were great hosts, we highly recommend her and her house.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was as described and very clean. Miguel was very helpful and sent proactive instructions plus some recommendations for our stay and was very responsive. Facilities were great and we loved the location- a stunning beach only a couple of minutes walk away. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

Very nice accommodation located in a green and intimate residence. The geographical location is ideal, a few minutes' walk from the seafront but away from the large hotel complexes and therefore quiet. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Juliane is a welcoming and available host. We would highly recommend!

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

The apartment is excellent!! The view is spectacular, everything is super clean, the bed is very comfortable and they give you towels for the beach. The place is very quiet and with a lot of services nearby, the beach in front is very nice. We had a wonderful time!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!
