Apartment holiday rentals in Lloydminster

Basically my only complaint is the airbnb fees. Rather ridiculous that they tack on an extra 50% for simply using their platform to advertise a rental and "handle" bookings.

Great stay, the building is older but the unit was as described and had everything we needed.

Stayed here for a couple weeks while in Lloyd for work, Matt was super helpful and responsive. Great place to stay would definitely stay again.

Matt was a great host and the place was as described. Had everything I needed and was a quiet stay. Would not hesitate to book through Matt again.

First off , what a great host. He’s very accommodating and understanding. I found that he was very patient as well as my plans kept changing and my dates for extending fluctuated due to unforeseen circumstances .. his patience wasn’t for any other reason at all other than to just make sure his guests were happy.. Above and beyond in the best host award department. The space itself was private and spacious , the bbq came in handy more than once. The A/C could be updated though especially with the upcoming warm weeks ahead of us. I was lucky that it’s been fairly cloudy and rainy. N location is good. Pics are accurate. 10/10 if I could get past my boiling body temperature the one day . So solid 9.5/10. I hope he would host me again in the future and I highly recommend

Shelby’s place was great. Perfect spot for my son and myself with a kitchen and a decent hang out space while in Lloyd for his hockey. Thank you!

The apartment had everything I needed to stay while working away from home It was clean and comfortable and worked well for my needs Would stay here again when working in the area Matt was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any of my questions

Matt is awesome, the place had everything i needed and honestly Matt made my stay as convenient and as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend to others only caveat would be price, but i understand through an app there are additional fees, just wasn't sustainable for me working here on a schedule.

Everything that was advertised and no issues or inconveniences stayed here for work and was just as promised.
