The house was really very nice, there was everything you needed, including fresh drinks in the fridge, pasta, coffee, shampoo in the shower. The house was very clean and super hospitable, with a really nice courtyard. Giuliano is a guy at hand and very nice, a really nice person. I hope to see you again soon 😊

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like fresh towels and the equipped kitchen. Our host Roberto was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The house and location are simply a dream! Thank you very much, dear Christine and dear Christian, for making this beautiful place available to us! We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Wonderful host and pretty flats, exactly what you'd want: clean, nice locations and responsive hosts. This flat in particular was very spacious, comfortable, and with nice view as well! Everything you might need in the kitchen, comfortable bed, nice shower. The balcony is a bit small, but with a view like that and the nicely decorated living-room you won't even notice it. Honestly, it was a perfect stay.

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed.
