The Ancient Baglio - Dammuso 'Il Limone'

The Antico Baglio (“U Bagghiu” in Sicilian) is the only building of its kind in Pantelleria and dates back to around 1700. It is located in the Sesi archaeological area, 400 meters as the crow flies from the coast, 9 minutes from the town of Pantelleria and 14 minutes from the airport. It is made up of four independent dammusi which can be accessed from the beautiful internal patio. A place of relaxation, in which you can enjoy a timeless atmosphere with typical Mediterranean rhythms and scents!

The Maestrale is the old mill, arranged on two levels and consists of a large living room, a double bedroom with an internal bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen where there is the old masonry oven once used for baking bread. It can also accommodate four people. Completing this Dammuso,  very evocative at sunset, are two terraces furnished with a table, chairs, deckchairs and wooden sun loungers.
