Our comfortable and cozy home is located in the urban core of the beautiful city of Telde. Supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area minutes away. Bus connections on the street. In our house you can enjoy three rooms: two simple and one double, and we also have a crib and children's toys, a modern living room, a bathroom with a shower tray and a bathtub, and a fully-equipped kitchen! You will be in the center of the island, in a friendly and quiet city.

A little difficult to find an available parking spot on the street but we always ended up finding a spot within 5 minutes walk The small balcony with the little couch to watch the stars in the evening is a plus Great accommodation I recommend

We are very comfortable in the house. It is set apart from the urban core and in full contact with nature. The house is energy self-sufficient. It's very pretty, just like it appears in the photos of the ad. It gives you a lot of peace of mind. Sunrises from bed are amazing. On the farm, there was a hen with her chicks that came to the door of the house. On the day of arrival, there was a bottle of wine for the guests.

We had a perfect stay at the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the (pretty private) terrace on the roof. The location was amazing, supermarket close by and we could park for free in front of the door everyday. The host was very sweet and gave us all kinds of tips about the environment

We were a group of 9 people in total and had a wonderful stay. The place offers enough space for such a large group and has a great layout, so you can spend time together in the living room as well as everyone in the office/outside. There are also plenty of bathrooms. The kitchens offer enough storage space and utensils even for longer stays. A dishwasher is also available. The pool as well as the entire outdoor area were appealing and clean, as were the indoor area. Only the Wi-Fi is not sufficiently strong in the entire house, best it is directly in the living room. For shopping and excursions, we always used our rental cars, which could easily be parked at the property. Las Palmas is only 15 minutes away, the beach to Maspalomas is only 40 minutes away, the routes are easy to reach and uncomplicated. Communication with Alex was absolutely smooth, you felt very welcome and familiar right away.

Fantastic stay here. The space we had to use was large and versatile, and the view from the roof terrace over the mountains and the sea were great whilst enjoying a glass of wine sat under covered seating area. Lots of local recommendations too for visits and eating out in the local area. Place was spotless when we arrived. Attention to detail was very good. George was extremely quick to respond to any questions that I had. Situated in the centre of town you do hear some road noise from the roads below but this was a great time to people watch! Thanks for a brilliant stay!
