A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Above Locarno in a beautiful garden, very quiet. From public parking/bus stop about 120 m. Parking house 50 steps. Pergola and garden seating, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi. Kitchen, shower, toilet. Wonderful views of Locarno and Ascona! Parking is subject to a fee, from 7 am to 7 pm, cost: 1 hour CHF 0.80, Sundays & holidays free. Longer stays are also possible. Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Blue zone (public parking) for parking, present in the area and for a fee. Minusio train station is 300 meters from the accommodation.
