The only shared space is the deck, patio, back yard and pool , if The Main Ellison House is rented. It has a separate living room, a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Separate bedroom w/ king bed, desk, 2 chairs and luxury linens. Unauthorized dogs and events will be charged a $500 fee.

We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
