Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lockyer Valley Regional

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautiful, very clean, cozy and well taken care of. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The ample parking was a big plus and made things so easy. Emma, was absolutely fantastic so friendly, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

A great place to stay, close to Queens Park and the city. Peaceful and private with excellent dining options within walking distance. Jess was an awesome host, very helpful, and extremely patient with us at check out time.

I was extremely satisfied with this stay. At first, I was drawn in by the Airbnb photos. I had never heard of Hirstglen before, and honestly, I booked it just for this beautiful cottage. To my surprise, the house was surrounded by a fenced yard, perfect for my furry friend to run around in. Outside that, there was an even larger fenced area where we could hike and enjoy the scenery, accompanied by friendly cows along the way. Inside, the house was tastefully decorated by the hostess, featuring a charming countryside style that I love—vintage wall tiles, kitchenware, retro window frames, and stained glass. The blend of old and new in every corner brought me joy and a deep sense of relaxation. It's a feeling you just can't get from a boutique hotel. We enjoyed a bonfire, marveled at the starry sky unpolluted by city lights, and went apple picking in Stanthorpe. It was a wonderful family trip.

We had the most lovely, peaceful stay here. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a weekend “off the grid”. Plus, the host is wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Steve and Annie's place! Lovely home with plenty of tea and a relaxing front porch to enjoy it on. Plenty of blankets and the heater kept us warm even though it was chilly outside. Really well setup for travelling with kids too. Host has setup the cot for us and there was a cupboard of toys and highchair too! Made it super easy to travel with my baby. Really close to Toowoomba for sightseeing. Super peaceful, quiet and relaxing getaway. Thank you! We would highly recommend to friends and look forward to staying again!

We had an amazing weekend. Banksia was beautiful , lovely and with homely touches everything was very clean and tidy would recommend and we are planning to stay next time in Toowoomba.

We had such a lovely stay at Mick’s Frangipani House in Toowoomba. The house felt very warm and welcoming, with numerous thoughtful touches that made it a great place to relax. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it comfortable, stylish and inviting; it's perfect whether you're staying for a few days or longer. The location was beautiful too, surrounded by tree-lined streets, lovely homes, and gardens. Just a short walk to a choice of cafes and to Queens Park, which is perfect for a morning walk. Would definitely recommend staying here - we’d love to come back next time we’re in Toowoomba. Thanks Mick!

Nice location- near restaurants and central without being at all noisy. Friendly hosts with clear and helpful information. Accommodation matched the photos and description. Everything needed was available and was clean and tidy.

Great central location. Great place to stay and share with another couple getting ready for a wedding. Plenty of space. Outdoor area was huge. Apartment was warm, clean and comfortable.

Very accommodating, great to talk to with excellent communication. They go above and beyond for their guests and the cake was absolutely delicious on arrival. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and they asked if we would like the sauna put on before we got there cause we got there after dark, and gladly did that for us. Would highly recommend staying if you get the opportunity.

I've stayed a few times at Kim & Stuart's air bnbs now. Great location, good amenities, everything is always spotless. This unit is a bit bigger so well suited for a long stay or if you just want some more space. I can highly recommend.

A wonderfully comfortable and warm unit with a well-equipped kitchen, making it truly feel like a home away from home.

Second stay at Alans and it did not disappoint again. Great amenities and loads of special touches that makes it feel like a friendly English B’n’B. Also doesn’t hurt that the good doggos are super friendly and entertaining. Will be re-booking when I’m back in Toowoomba.

The unit was very clean and well-maintained. Great location in a quiet area, just a short walk to shops The host was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. Would happily stay again.
