Tropea - seaside apartment in the historic center

Tropea is the pearl of Calabria. A beautiful seaside spot with crystal clear waters. The apartment is above the most beautiful beach in Tropea with a beautiful view of the blue sea, 10 minutes from Capo Vaticano and a view of the Aeolian Islands at sunset. It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and groups.

A comfortable 60 sqm apartment, with attention to the smallest details, located on the Marina Grande of Scilla, a few steps from the beach, with everything easily accessible on foot. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and consists of a bright kitchen complete with appliances, dishes, and a TV, a bathroom, a large double bedroom with a beautiful view of the beach and the Aeolian Islands, and a second loft bedroom with two single beds. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and self check-in.

The apartment is in the heart of the historic center of Scilla, a few steps from the square with a panoramic view of the Strait of Messina. It is located in a characteristic alley with a separate entrance, away from the noise of the main street. The bathing area and Chianalea village are within walking distance in 10 minutes and by elevator (open only in summer) located 1 minute from the house. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a bunk bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

"Casa Azzurra" is great for its location: 50 m from Ruffo Castle and a short walk from the central Piazza S. Rocco. Enchanting view, overlooking the beautiful village of Chianalea and you can walk to Marina Grande beach in a few minutes. From the balcony of Casa Azzurra you will feel like you can touch the sea with your hands. In the morning you will be awakened by the cries of seagulls and in the evening you will fall asleep with the sound and scent of the sea. A unique setting.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). Recently, there has been a tourist tax per person of €1.00 from November 1 to April 30, and €2.00 from May 1 to October 31, for a maximum of seven nights.
