If you value peace, quiet, and contact with nature, this is the place for you. Great contact with Sara, she provided accurate directions for checkout and check-in, plus information about nearby experiences. The cottage is exactly as described and photographed. We had a wonderful weekend walking in the woods during the day, and in the evening sitting by the fire, admiring the stars and listening to the sounds of the forest.

Great house: 24-hour hot tub, in the basement you can play pool and go to the sauna, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, large sofas to relax. Next to the house is a large gazebo with an excellent BBQ. All of this is surrounded by forest, next to a large pond and river, it is completely quiet around. The hostess was very welcoming. It was a great weekend.

Above all, a 5 plus host, extremely communicative, kind, welcoming, and we felt like we were staying with family. The cottage is charming, well-equipped, we were happy to use the equipment of the house, including a dishwasher. The fireplace works very efficiently in winter, providing warmth and comfort. The linens are clean, the cottage is clean with a very interesting interior, and a picturesque neighborhood.

Beautiful cottage, everything is in the best order - clean, tidy and in the place. There was nothing missing during our stay. Exemplary contact with the owner - Adam was very open, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend :)

This is a beautiful place! It is just a minute to walk through the woods via a small path to the lake with wonderful views. The place is spacious with a great wood fire. We had a wonderful stay here.

We had a great stay at the cottage! The host was very helpful and responsive, answering any questions, we got a variety of helpful tips and recommendations about the place and the neighborhood, flexible check-in and checkout times. The cottage was beautiful and atmospheric, a large living room and kitchen, very well equipped with everything you need, a wonderful terrace with a large table and outdoor chairs, perfect for morning coffee. The cottage has board games, garden games (badminton, etc.), bikes, a grill, and a fire pit. We also had a projector. Quiet, nature, privacy. A thick garden connecting to the forest. Not far (10 min by car) there is a water lagoon with kayaks, pedal boats, beach, etc. A great place for a peaceful getaway with family or friends. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Felicyta’s place. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, making it feel like a home.

The accommodation is beautiful, well arranged, good location. It is close to the Museum of Cinema in a vegetated environment. The historic center is within walking distance, but if you don't want to walk the tram stop is 300m away. It's really the perfect place to visit Lodz. I really don't know what can be better because everything is well thought out. There's even a robot vacuum! We did not meet Krzysztof but he gave us all the useful directions to the apartment and was available for our questions.

All in all, it's a plus. The location was great, the apartment was quiet and quiet and clean. It's not too big, but I also didn't plan to spend time in it except for sleeping and bathing (; there's a fridge, dishes, pots and pans, induction hob, coffee, and tea. You have to go up the stairs quite high and there is no elevator, so if someone pays attention to it, it's a good idea to keep it in mind. Plus, there's absolutely no objections.

Karol's place was one of the nicest place I have rented in a quite long time - would definitely recommend to everyone who is looking for short-term stay.

To moj drugi pobyt u Pani Karoliny - super mieszkanko, przytulnie, czysto. Pani Karolina to super host! This was my second stay here and loved it just as much. Cosy, clean, quiet and lovely. I’ll definitely come back again when I’m next in Lodz!
