WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmental and hypoallergenic paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3 minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake bath, as you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house contains two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite tranquility, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view of a quite special landscape. On starry nights, from the bed you can experience the starry sky through the studio windows in the roof. By day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and the fjord throws over the countryside. On the hillside behind the house there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the land behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good bathing conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Patio goes all around the house and gives a magnificent view of the lake. It also leads to the tree house; fully equipped with bed, workstation and Wi-Fi. Rowing boat available year round, late spring to early autumn 2 SUP boards and 3 kayaks available (please inquire). 15 min from town centre and groceries. Sleeps 8, more comfortable for 6. Fishing on your doorstep!

I Dommerby ved siden af den lokale kirke ligger vores dejlige gård. Her finder du plads til hele familien, hvis du ønsker at besøge naturskønne Salling. Vi har igennem de sidste år istandsat gårdens længe, så den i dag fremstår som en attraktiv lejlighed med bl.a. nyt køkken og badeværelse. I multirummet har I et bordtennisbord til leg. Forhaven er til fri afbenyttelse og ved jeres parkeringsplads har vi bygget en hule til eventuelle børn på tur. Vi bor i stuehuset og baghaven er derfor privat.

On the edge of the Limfjord

Welcome to our guesthouse on Årbækmølle - on the edge of the Limfjord. Here you can enjoy the silence and the view, while having a good base for the many activities Mors and surroundings can offer. The guesthouse is located as part of our old barn from 1830, and holds history from a time of unique building structures. Therefore, here you will find ancient walls in the brick - gently renovated and modernized over time.
