Our quiet 3 room holiday bungalow welcomes you in Juliusruh. Located directly on the Baltic Sea, after a short walk through the coastal forest, you can reach the 20km long white sand beach of the Schaabe. According to independent guest reviews, Juliusruh/Breege is one of the most popular villages in Rügen. Still not crowded, but rather familiar, Juliusruh fully lives up to his reputation as a seaside resort.

Idyllic beach house, 300 m to the Baltic Sea

The property is close to the water. Only 300m walk and you can reach the magnificent sandy beach. The holiday home is located on a 6000 m² fenced nature plot in the dune forest in the small holiday home settlement "Theodor Fontane". The small cozy house is ideal for couples and families with max. 2 children who want to spend their holidays on the water and in the middle of nature.

The terrace leads to the pavilion. Inside there is a living room with a kitchenette. A 4-ring induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher as well as kettle, coffee maker and microwave are also provided. The couch has a sleeping function and the smart TV is 49". From the separate bedroom you can get to the shower bath with toilet. The box spring bed is 1.80 meters wide.

Kirchstraße Zarrendorf vacation home

For rent is a vacation home near Stralsund, 5 km from the city limits. In 15 minutes you can reach the island of Rügen by car. Arrival by train is also possible (to the train station on foot in about 5 minutes). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. An opportunity for an extra bed is provided.

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
