Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The house is in the best residential location of Stralsund. The promenade leads to the harbor and the old town of World Heritage Site of Unesco in a few minutes on foot. Our house has a limited number of free parking spaces in the yard.
