impeccable accommodation, well placed

I had the please of staying at Jean Yves’s listing during my visit to Le Mans. He was waiting for me at the front door when i arrived, very responsive, kind, took his time to explain to me the location and things to do in the area. The listing was wonderful neighbors antique furniture and character, it was so lovely being in the center of the town yet feel like in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of beautiful flowers and trees, where you can hear the sound of birds throughout the day. The balcony was unbelievably beautiful and quiet for a morning coffee or a sunset wind down. It was very quiet throughout the night, exactly what i needed after long day of walking. Jean Yves also went above and beyond to accommodate my check out time since my flight was delayed which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this listing and will definitely return again during my next visit. Thank you 🙏🏻

We had a great time at Marine's apartment. Everything was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Marine was very kind, always available and very friendly. This property worked well is coming to Le Mans for the MotoGP. It is close to the tram line but far enough away to be quiet..

We had a lovely stay. Thomas is a very nice host with fast communication and very helpful and the apartment was clean, very functional, with good light and near the tram, supermarket and bakery.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is within walking distance of the 24 hours of Le Mans circuit.

The place met our expectations perfectly. We were leaving Alsace to go to Brittany, we wanted to take a break there for one night. The setting is very nice and peaceful, it allowed us to visit La Ferté Bernard not far away before leaving.

A beautiful, cosy, apartment in a fantastic location in the old town, & very close to the imposing cathedral. Spotlessly clean & very nice tasteful decor. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to Caroline (& her daughter Alize) for making us feel welcome.

The studio apartment of Victor and Charlotte is beautiful. It is in a strategic position, very convenient for the historic center of the city and yet very quiet. The accommodation is tastefully furnished, very clean and functional. We have cooked and there is everything you need. Coffee pods and madeleines are very welcome. What's more? If I were to return to Tours, I would like to stay here

Beautiful apartment with character. Beautiful decoration. Complies in all respects with the photos. Very nice private garden which we enjoyed for our breakfasts and dinners. We appreciated the possibility of parking the car inside when there was no space in the street.

Fabulous trip! We are so pleased with our choice to stay here - it was the perfect, cozy spot for me, my husband, and my mom & dad to explore Amboise. We could loll about drinking our coffee in the morning -- on the spacious patio or in the spacious living room -- and we LOVED being in a spot where we could walk to everything, as we didn't want to rent a car for our stay. It's not everyday that I walk outside and go, "Oh look, I'm RIGHT NEXT TO A CASTLE." Beautiful. The home is clean, well appointed, stocked with everything you need, and comfortable. Our only recommendation is to add a railing for the second flight of stairs up to the apartment, as my older parents (okay, and me!) would have benefited greatly from this. Hosts are responsive, friendly, clear, and informative. I would highly recommend this AirBnB for anyone coming to Amboise!

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

The place is really well equiped, laundromat downstairs is also very convenient. Right in the middle of beautiful Vendome. Loved the area and great as a base for exploring Loire Valley and all it has to offer. Great communication and flexibility from host.

Very nice accommodation, clean, very cozy and tastefully decorated. Close to everything, the car was not used during the stay. The only small downside is the outdoor space adjoining a neighboring room and when it is occupied, everyone can hear the discussion of the other so small space not always usable despite its very pleasant side. But taking advantage of Vendôme during the day, it wasn't too annoying We have a very good impression and recommend

Peaceful stay near Saumur, impeccable and carefully renovated and decorated accommodations. Many tours within 15 minutes or less. We were charmed and will probably come back to the area. Thanks!

Wow! This place blew us away - the perfect honeymoon spot. Really tastefully decorated and well designed. Some really nice and thoughtful touches made this stay wonderful. Too bad we could only stay one night!!

We chose this establishment to spend a weekend near Le Mans on the occasion of the 24h and we were not disappointed. Listing matches the photos and description. Impeccable cleanliness, quality furniture, well-equipped kitchen, located in the city center, free parking nearby... in short, everything you need to have a good stay in ideal conditions and at a fair price. Add to that a very professional, responsive host, at your disposal and who will provide you with clear and useful instructions. In conclusion, we strongly recommend that you opt for this establishment during your stay in La Flèche, you too will not be disappointed, I guarantee it.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment which is really close to all the must-see places in Angers. The accommodation is very well equipped, whether it is the necessary (2 coffee machines, shower gel, cutlery for eating, etc.) or more extraordinary with a balneo bathtub, a sauna and an overhead projector with a removable screen in the bedroom. The parking space is an undeniable plus, the entrance is not very large but having an SUV it is quite possible. it is true that the street is noisy, as is also indicated in the description, but for us, by not going to bed too early, it did not bother us. Good value for money with services and parking. Thanks
