Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Soak up nature in this barn transformed into a residential house by an architect in the middle of the fields. Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of birds, you will observe pheasants, deer. Enjoy the library of comics and graphic novels. A video projector allows you to watch movies on a large screen. This is my main home, so there are my personal belongings in the house. There is still some beautification work to be done.

Manoir du Bois Joly - Le Fournil Gite

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche. He is then known for his important breeding Percheron horses. Since 1985, we restore it in the respect of the architecture and traditional techniques of Perche.

La Grange

Restored cottage in a former 120 m2 barn located in the heart of the Châteaux of the Loire Valley in the center of the village of Cellettes (shops nearby: convenience store with bread delivery, tobacco and newspaper store, restaurant, etc.). You can discover the surroundings by bike thanks to the "châteaux à vélo" trails.
