A haven of peace ideally located close to the main shops, and is a stone's throw from Le Mans. Benoit is a welcoming and pleasant host, who made our stay easier with his instructions and practical advice. If the opportunity arises again, we will be happy to repeat the experience!

The owner of the property is very friendly and welcomes you very warmly upon arrival. The accommodation is very clean. The kitchen is functional and has all the amenities we want to find in a home. great setting , peaceful , pleasant accommodation, full and clean bathroom. We were the first tenants of the summer season, Mark had prepared the accommodation as best as possible . Despite a small electric quack beyond his control, he was able to find us a solution. it's very available . We will undoubtedly be back.

We really enjoyed the calm and tranquility of the place, the proximity to Verneuil-sur-Avre (very pretty town with all amenities). Our host Thierry was very good advice for the walks in the area, and very responsive to our requests.

We stayed with our 2 children (4 and 7 years old) and my in-laws in the Mozanne cottage. Everything was as described. There is another cottage opposite ours with a very nice family who did not bother us at all. We felt at ease. We particularly enjoyed the quiet, the indoor and outdoor space, the BBQ, the hosts and the indoor pool. We are demanding, yet everything was perfect. There were just possibly the doors that squeak loudly, which bothered us at night only -> To know for those who get up often. The house is very bright and well equipped. The garden and pool are extra. Marina and Benoît are adorable, not intrusive at all. Book with no questions asked!

It was a wonderful experience, a very relaxing holiday sourranded by the nature and beautiful horses. Kristine is a wonderful host. We surely reccomend it!

Absolutely stunning location and accommodation! Loved every minute of our stay and felt totally spoilt being able to use the pool and relax in the gardens whenever we wanted. Extremely friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. An excellent place to unwind. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We had a great time at Château des Hommes. The environment is very beautiful and the hosts are very kind. Albine and her whole family do everything to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Breakfast is hearty and the bedding is very good. We loved it and will be back with pleasure! 🥰

We stayed with Julie, Simon and Carol for 2 weeks. We loved the location it is stunning, the area is very peaceful surrounded by fields full of sunflowers. Julie is a great host and made us feel very welcome and allowed us to do our own thing. The pool was amazing, the house was very comfortable and cosy and had everything you could possibly need. We took Monty our Springer Spaniel and he absolutely loved the location, he had so much space to roam free plus a close by watering hole to cool down in the heat, as well as enjoying the company of Julie’s two dogs, Martha and Nancy. The private garden with BBQ was great and we spent many nights watching the sunset across the fields. We wanted 2 weeks of complete relaxation and this is what we got. Supermarket is very local with lots to see and do all on your doorstep! A lovely holiday had by all! Monty definitely gave it the thumbs up! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay. Great stay in this beautiful house, very well thought out with each room having its own bathroom, very nicely decorated, and the bedding is very comfortable. When I reached out to Albine, to give her an ETA, she messaged back soon. She was very welcoming, with clear instructions for entering the room and breakfast. Our room was a large comfortable space with good light, screened windows to let the clean country air into our room. We kept the windows open the entire stay to hear crickets, birds, thunder and rainstorm. Beautiful countryside estate with castle ruins on the property to explore. We didn't get a chance to use the pool area, but Albine had placed "pool towels" in our room, just in case. As a guest, you need to know, you are really in the country. The closest town that we frequented was Langeais and Villandry, with each having at least one chateau to visit and plenty of restaurants, chocolate shops, bakeries, and casual places to get a drink and a french style sandwich. This was a good base to do our daily exploring. Albine had many suggestions and knows the history of the area extremely well. Thank you Albine. Hope to visit soon!

Xavier and Josiane's family building is super charming, but also very well equipped: Large swimming pool, barbecue, large garden, internet, several large game rooms equipped with televisions, renovated bathrooms, and recent and comfortable furniture, we didn't miss anything! Xavier is very welcoming and accommodating, we had a great weekend and would be happy to repeat the experience! The place easily accommodated a dozen adults, offering a comfortable bed for each, as well as many bathrooms. The hypermarket is 10 minutes away by car, which allowed us to easily stock up.

We were welcomed very warmly. Communication has always been good. The apartment was impeccably clean and located in a very quiet area. We've rarely slept so well in an Airbnb. Caroline and her family are very warm people, if we return to the area, we will return without hesitation.

Good place to stop off at on our travels

Perfect for a weekend with friends, quiet. The cottage is clean, very well equipped, very pleasant exterior. Ping pong table, barbecue, petanque, foosball, walks nearby, you don't get bored. The center of Ceton with small shops, free tennis court, and games for children are within walking distance (10 mins).

A very good weekend with friends in the cottage with nearby hikes, the accommodation is spacious and impeccable. Nothing is missing, everything you need is there. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Stephanie and Nicholas' cottage. The cottage was extremely peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the cottage was spotlessly clean. Stephanie and Nicolas were extremely helpful hosts and very responsive to queries. We would recommend and would be happy to stay again :)

Very nice services, the place is calm, the barn is of very good quality and of perfect dimensions. The forest, the pond a haven of peace not to mention the river.
