La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself...
