This loft is an open space with 2 small beds (80 x 190) in the living room and partially separated from the sleeping area where there is a large bed (160 x 200). Ancienne grange entièrement rénovée. Grande chambre avec salle de bain à l'étage. Cuisine et coin salon au rez de chaussé. Située à l'ombre de deux grands tilleuls. Calme et sérénité assurés. La piscine est chauffée grâce à un volet solaire ce qui nous permet une température de baignade d’environ 30 degrés en pleine saison et d’environ 25 degrés en début et fin de saison ( début mai et fin septembre à début Octobre).

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is at the edge of the towpath, path that is part of the very long European bike path " Transibérique ". The Loire runs along the canal: located in between, the dike takes you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Fbleux, a popular promenade, has retained the charm of the old mariners' village.
