Our holiday home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches at 800m). It is well optimized; a spacious and through living room overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is located in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 pers. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with a single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

Located in a seaside village, in the heart of the Île de Ré, our lovely house will welcome you for an unforgettable stay. The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard. Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Most of the objects have been mailed by us, and gives absolute charm to our pretty "boyfriend's house".

La grande maison et sa dépendance sont chaleureuses, agréables à vivre et fonctionnelles. La plus grande est notre maison à l'année donc tout est très confortable. L’hiver dernier, nous avons fait des travaux qui ont encore améliorer la vie dans la maison (changement de toutes les huisseries, baie à galandage, pergola bio climatique, cuisine extérieur…) Une piscine chauffée 10mx4m a été construite récemment. Mon tout dans un grand jardin fleuri.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.
