Apartment holiday rentals in Loíza

This is an incredible spot, with private beach access, a quiet community, and close to amenities. The space looks as advertised - clean, quiet, well-lit, well-appointed, and comfortable. We comfortably fit five people in the living spaces, and utilized both the private terrace and kitchen area for meals. The beach access is amazing, and the beach never had more than ten people on it during our time there. We also made good use of the pool (which has a mini pool for littles) and pool toys, boogie boards, and beach toys. Loíza may feel a little off the beaten path, but San Juan is a beautiful drive through Piñones, and Loíza offers convenient access to San Juan, El Yunque, and Luquillo. We would absolutely consider this location again.

Cesar’s Place at Aquátika in Loíza is a very beautiful penthouse and I really enjoyed my stay here. Great amenities, clean big beautiful house, secure complex, beach access, many swimming pools (including heated ones), and a very caring & friendly host - Cesar. I’d definitely come back again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Very beautiful! Nice place very clean not too far from the airport SJU and only 15 min away from San Juan ! Host responded quick and answered all mu questions . Any time I had concerns they immediately fixed my problems I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to PR !!! 10/10

Shawn's condo in Loiza is gorgeous, and the location is perfect for the beach, pool, and getting around the island. My family loved the place, the facilities, and the location, and I was very impressed with Shawn's responsiveness and helpfulness. Plus, the other residents of the condo were friendly and helpful, which made for a great family atmosphere.

Great little apartment to stay at and be close to the airport. The space was nice, clean, and had a beautiful porch to relax on.

Melvin’s place was just like pictured fully equipped and I loved the decor and layout of the place. Would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I stayed here for about 6days 5 nights. It was great! This is located right in the middle of everything so nothing was too far. They provided everything listed and see in the pictures. Overall it was a 11/10 experience would book again :)!

It was a pleasure staying at Adonay's place! Everything was as described. She even provided a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs! Communication was excellent too!

everything was perfect with the airbnb it self! pretty clean! everything works how it should, the dominó table and beach chairs came in clutch, easy access and parking space for 2 cars was also perfect, however i couldn't give a perfect 5 star review like i would've wished to. check out is at 11:00am and i understand that but standing at the front door at 11:10am felt very disrespectful since we were literally rushed out of the place. she did say someone had booked it for 3:00pm wich although a little weird since its Monday could be true but she could've waited 5 minutes in the car to be respectful to the people that are staying there. this is quite literally the first time ive experienced this in a airbnb and was beyond uncomfortable, for me and the kids. overall the facilities are great and relaxing, the apartment itself its comfortable and nice. my only problem was the one mentioned before. just an advice if check out is at 11:00am just wait till 11:30am so guests dont feel kicked

We stay there for 5 nights and the apartment was clean, enough space for whole families, friends group. Like the space, environment and view. The apartment backyard has ocean view. Host has provided everything you need for ur stay. Like towels, toilet paper, napkins, kitchen utensils, AC and parking. Everything was ready for us which make our trip more convenient. The area is perfect, peaceful and ocean accessible make our trip more enjoyable.

This was one of the best AirBnb’s my family and I have stayed in! The unit was sport less and literally included everything and anything you could think of. Even having floaties and toys for the beach. Speaking of the beach, you had a practically private and beautiful beach located 2 minutes (walking) away! What more could you ask for?!? We would 1000% stay at Venvenido’s place again, loved every second of it!!

This place was perfect for my husband and three of our children. Plenty of room. The view was my favorite part! Overlooking the beautiful water. Just steps from the beach. The pools were great, but we spent the vast majority of our time on the beach. Closest restaurants where at least 20 minutes away so a car rental is a must. The property felt very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.

Very Spacious for a studio! Beautiful Pool and Hot Shower. Mario was very communicative and provided the needs to make sure I felt right at home! Totally recommend for anyone who enjoys a game of dominoes or Connect 4 as there is a table in the back near the pool!

1st Airbnb that looks and feels just as described, the place was SPOTLESS and charming, will definitely stay here every time we visit, Hosts are extremely friendly and communicative I felt bad when it was me with the late responses. Super comfortable and spacious you would feel at home far from home ♥️

This place was perfect for my family and I. I loved that it was in a gated neighborhood and how clean the space was! We throughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated everything that Jorge had in the space for guest to use!

Perfect for family of 7! Book here and you will not be disappointed! This apt has anything you could need to spend at least a week relaxing at this private community - floaties, beach bags, beach towels, bbq, golf clubs, tennis rackets, list goes on and on. We were amazed at how meticulous and thoughtful the apt was, it was also very organized and clean. The facilities are very well maintained and safe. I am glad we rented this apt overlooking the park because we were never bothered with loud music or partying late at night. The apts overlooking the pools would definitely be much louder, the few times I went for a walk at night there were people blaring their speakers and partying by the pools. But again, none of that was heard in this apt because you overlook a kids park.

Jessica’s place was an extremely beautiful home with nice views. All the listed amenities were there which were really helpful. Jessica was very responsive when we needed help with something as well! If you are staying in Loiza area for your Puerto Rico trip I 10000% recommend her place! The resort is extremely fun and lots to do! Thank you Jessica!

We had a great stay at Aquatika! The resort is beautiful with many different pools that are perfect for young children. The only downside for us was that the condo is meant to be kept at 74 (bedrooms) and 78 degrees (living room) which was too warm for our liking and not ideal for our infant daughter. That being said, we managed okay and appreciated all the kid-friendly supplies.

Norka was an amazing host and the property was beautiful! Three of my girl friends and I stayed at Aquátika for 5 nights. The beds were sooo comfortable!! The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was very clean. The beach was very beautiful and private. The pools were the perfect temperature. I will definitely stay here again in the future. I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and I’ll definitely be saving this spot for future visits.

Good place to stay at! Pool is a couple feet away from apartment and beach is about 5 minute walk. Great host!
