It's super easily accessible by car and by public transport (12 minutes to the train station, 22 minutes to the city centre of Ghent). There are also electrical bikes available in the street. Nearby there's a bakery and several restaurants.

Our house is the architect's old home in the village of Haasdonk. On the ground floor, we set up our Airbnb, where the drawing tables used to be. Haasdonk is another green lung, located between Ghent and Antwerp. It is the ideal base to soak up culture, art or history in either city. Or visit Hof ter Saxony, our beautiful park forest, the Haasdonk fortress or hike and mountain bike on one of the many trails in the forests of Haasdonk.

Het gastenverblijf is volledig vernieuwd in het voorjaar van 2023, en helemaal in hout. s’Morgens word je gewekt met de eerste zonnestralen. De rainshower met koud en warm water in de tuin zorgt ervoor dat je na een verkwikkende douche kan genieten van een koffie op een zonovergoten terras. Er is een kleine frigo aanwezig om iets fris te houden, en een electrische verwarming voor de koele nachten.
