Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with room for 6 people and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

Løkken town, 6 km. Fish park and football golf, 4 km towards Løkken. Ingstrup town, 2.5 km, where there is a dairy shop with some of Denmark's best cheeses and many other good things. Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
