It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

Mountain Cottage Borovnica is located in Lič, only 30 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea and 50 km from Rijeka. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
