Charming Guest Room in 1907 Cottage on Russian Hill

Begin a relaxing morning out on the porch, then head to the local international market and delis. This fully-equipped suite features a comfy 4-poster bed, kitchenette, and charming dining area. It's all the comforts of home with a 20th-century vibe. Annie’s Cottage offers charming accommodations within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, China Town, North Beach and other San Francisco favorites. Our unique San Francisco lodging on Russian Hill is convenient to many interesting shops and boutiques nearby. The historic San Francisco cable car system is only a short 1/2 block away. The accommodation is very private with a separate entrance and private deck. Since we are behind another building there is very little street noise. It is like being in the country in the middle of San Francisco. There is a queen bed and also a sofa bed but it is an additional cost. Three people, 2 beds add $15 per night, two people 2 beds add $7.50 per night. I live on the property so I am usually available by phone or text. At this time there is no personal interaction The home is located in an eclectic neighborhood with residents of all ages. It is 1/2 block to the cable car and 2.5 blocks from the popular Polk Street, which offers an array of ethnic restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to North Beach and China Town. The vibrant Financial District is also close by. The cable car line, going to Fishermans Wharf and Union Square is 1/2 block away, Buses going all directions are 2 1/2 blocks away.

Collin's house for wizards is a wonderful place to stay. I find the theming very fun but also if you for some reason are a muggle you would still enjoy the place. It's located on the 17th floor in a secure building so private and safe. You have your own room with private bathroom.

After great communication with Angela prior to our arrival and a warm welcome from Parker and their adorable children, we truly enjoyed our home away from home. The spacious studio was super cozy, very clean, modern and bright with a comfy king bed. The beautifully tiled bathroom had good amenities. We appreciated the coffee, tea, and filtered water for the Keurig and hot pot. Angela left us a portable heater for the cool June nights. The studio was quite quiet, hardly hearing anyone upstairs, and it was located on a quiet, flat side street set back from a busy one. Excellent location as well. Thank you for having us and making our San Fran stay memorable. We’ll be back again!

Nice place. Very nice and helpful staff. Laundry on site $2.75 wash $.25 per 8 minutes of dry. Pretty good breakfast from 6-8am. Nice area no homeless people surrounding it. Easy to get to most tourist spots. A very comfortable bed as well.
