Only 10 minutes walk from iconic sites: Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, Chinatown, Coit Tower, Lombard (Crookedest) St, and the cable car stops just around the corner. This is a single family home. I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Oakland Hills are filled with amazing hiking, this location is great for day trips to Napa (35 miles), San Francisco (11 miles) or Carmel (120 m). Centrally located for work or play. This open concept 2 bedroom is a peaceful break away. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! And EV charging.

Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here.
