Geeat place to stay! Quiet, safe. Close to the Metro. Great pizza around the corner! Manuel met us in person. Gave some local recommendations! Very responsive and friendly.

Sehr schöne Mini Suite in guter zentraler Lage. Mit der U-Bahn ist das Zentrum sehr schnell und bequem erreichbar. Die Ausstattung, Hygiene und Küche sind auf einem hohen Niveau. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt, mehrere Restaurants und Bäckereien. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und antworten sehr schnell auf Fragen. Lediglich eine Angabe der effektiven Wohnfläche wäre wünschenswert, da die Suite auf den Fotos wesentlich größer wirkt. Letztendlich können wir die Suite für 2-5 Nächte sehr empfehlen.

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

A very clean and comfortable apartment for me as a solo Traveler, great communication with the Host and close enough to Milano to get to the concert venues I visited. (by car) The only slight negatives I could find were a bit few kitchen utensils. All in all great place.

Beautiful Apartment Complex with a central garden. A True Forrest in Town! The Location : Connected via closest bus stand Via Bella via Binda. Central enough and away from all the tourist noise. We had a truly wonderful stay at 12 Giuseppe Compagnoni in Milan. The location was amazing — in a quiet, elegant neighborhood but still close to everything. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Davide, the manager, welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and made sure we felt at home right away. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would absolutely return and highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Mattia’s place. It is located in a very beautiful section of the lake, with few tourists and breathtaking views over the nearby mountains. The apartment is brand new and air-conditioning came in very handy with the heat. It is perfectly clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay. The place is equipped with all the amenities, nice kitchen, good size toilet and comfortable sleeping place. Got nice terrace to have a meal or drink. Tiziana is a very good host. Location is near to tram as described. Near to a lot of supermarkets and shops.

Appartement incroyable : grand, spacieux et très chaleureux. On s’y sent tout de suite bien ! Le quartier est super agréable, avec un Carrefour à 8 minutes à pied et une station de métro à seulement 5 minutes. Je recommande à 100 % !

Der Check-In und Check-Out waren, auch durch die Hilfe Michelas Englisch-sprechendem Sohn, sehr einfach und verständlich. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein großes Plus! Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die direkte Umgebung ist nicht allzu schön, aber zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und kann diese genießen. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung auf aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses weiterempfehlen!

Que dire ? Un très bel appartement, un hôte toujours réactif aux messages envoyés, une question = une réponse ! Parfait ! Pas beaucoup de restaurant autour (accessible à pied je parle) mais ce n’est pas quelque chose que j’avais regarder en amont. Il me fallait un logement à mi chemin entre le centre de Milan et le QC therme d’où mon choix pour ce logement ! Tout était parfait merci encore !

Angelo is very friendly, helpful and attentive. the apartment is cute and a nice place to stay, well positioned to be both peaceful and close to lots of nice restaurants and the lovely canal. my stay was great. A note to travellers with limited internet connectivity: when I initially checked in I was meant to use a web page for part of the process but my phone was having a hard time loading it because of my cellular network, but Angelo responded immediately to a message about this and was prepared to help me get in another way. So, if you have a similar situation you can rely on him to help you.

Wir haben zu viert eine schöne Ferienwoche in diesem tollen neu hergerichteten sehr stilvollen Haus verbracht. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele die z. T. direkt vom Haus aus erwandern werden können. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert erreichbar. Sie hat uns mit Tipps zum Ort und besonderen Möglichkeiten versorgt. Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, full of charming antique details and decorated with great taste — every corner had something lovely to look at. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. You can feel how much care and love have gone into this home. I felt completely at ease during my stay, and I would come back again. Thank you for everything!

Traumhaft schöner Ausblick 🫶🏼🤩. Es gab mehrere Wohlfühl-Plätze zur Erholung am Haus, sodass man diesen großartigen Ausblick auch in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit sehr passenden Extras für die Lage. Die Ausstattung war super (gab sogar drei verschiedene Kopfkissen zur Auswahl pro Person). Herzlicher persönlicher Empfang. Viele Tipps. Immer sehr hilfsbereit. Tolle Kommunikation. Der Pool mit Außendusche ist ein Highlight. Er ist sogar etwas beheizt, durch Solarzellen auf dem Dach. Großes eingezäuntes Grundstück. Vermieter sind im Haus nebenan. Die Grundstücke sind getrennt voneinander eingezäunt, sodass sich der Hund frei bewegen kann. Alles wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Bildern und ist super gepflegt. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool. Da wir mit einem Kleinen Baby gereist sind, hat Ezio uns eine Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage direkt am Lago di Caldonazzo ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Eisdielen. Die Kommunikation mit Ezio ist unkompliziert und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Lieben Dank Ezio und liebe Grüße von Philippe, Maike und Mats

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader. Het huis is zeer smaakvol, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Denise en haar man zijn supervriendelijk. We kregen een zeer warm welkom en we hebben veel tips van ze gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De tuin is ook heerlijk. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel. Kortom: een toplocatie.

Michele was a great host, communicated with us about how to get to Bellagio, left a nice basket with food and drunks for us, and even picked us up with his car when it was pouring rain and we were far from the Airbnb. All around a very hospitable and nice person. The house was incredible, and we got to enjoy the pool. Thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
