Hytten har tre soverom, bad med dusj og romslig stue med åpent kjøkken. Det er stor veranda rundt tre sider av hytten og mulighet for å flytte seg med solen. I hagen er det gressplen, lekestativ og trampoline. Parkering på tomten. Hytten ligger i direkte tilknytning til naturreservat og byr på muligheter for fine turer.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Stedet ligger perfekt plassert mellom Fredrikstad, Halden, Svenske kysten og vestfold. Man kan ankomme og ha bil parkert på eiendommen, men hvis man har båt så er dette et bindeledd for så mange fantastiske utflukter. Man kan enkelt dra til Skjærhalden, Søndre eller nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken eller inn til fredrikstad. En kort tur kan være å besøke de forskjellige restaurantene Hvaler øyene har å by på og en lengre tur kan være Grebbestad eller Tønsberg m.fl.
