The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Small and cozy accommodation ideal for two people. Its tranquility and the relaxing sound of the sea help to disconnect and where the rest becomes very pleasant. This large and bright studio apartment is located on the third floor of a private house built in a rural plot of land. It offers a large terrace suitable for sunbathing and relaxing with fantastic views of mountains and Arucas church. This accommodation offers a kings size double bed and a double sofa bed. It has a good size kitchen table and desk. The Blue Attic is only 10 mins away from the Health Centre, shops, bus station, restaurants and other amenities.

Welcome to our beloved country house! Las Regaderas is a newly reformed typical canarian house full of tradition. In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.

The Black House (Between sea and mountains)

The black house is located in a picturesque neighbourhood in the municipality of Arucas. It is a quiet place with few inhabitants, far from crowds and at the same time, a few minutes away, close to all services: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping centers etc. It particularly has views of the sea and the mountains, ideal as a starting point to visit the island, the incorporation to the highway in all directions is 5 minutes away.
