The road is closed and quiet. A large swimming pool, a green area and outdoor parking are condominium. The area is well served. From 100 meters to 3 km there are: 3 shopping centers, railway station, toll booth, church, tennis courts, multi-purpose health centers, center of Desenzano del Garda and the lakefront.

All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.

Our house is a cozy nest 15 minutes walking from Bardolino city center and it is surrounded by vines and olive trees. Here 4 people find a perfect base to explore lake and cities on our areas as Verona Venice Padova and Bolzano we are at 8 km from Affi shopping center and highway, and 20km from Peschiera del Garda train station. House overlook directly on the outside patio and garden.
