Great apartment. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, public transport, and local cafés. The apartment was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and provided helpful recommendations for the neighborhood. Overall, a wonderful experience that made my trip to London memorable. Highly recommend!

We returned from "Jessica's Place" after a Family Birthday Celebration! Our Family of Ten, ... 3 generations gathered to celebrate a Grandfather AND Grandson together. With Jessica's guidance, we planned an at Home Dinner Party with her selected Chef on the first night. And then followed her guidance for the other nearby Restaurants. The entire experience is now a treasured memory for us all! Jessica's Home is a visual delight with her playful sense of style. There are so many gathering places, but we all gravitated to the living area and found ourselves telling stories, laughing together, and simply relaxing in the comfort and beauty of this remarkable place, that we now all refer to as "Our London Home"! Simply could not have been better! We'll be back!!!

In all the years I’ve been in London, I’ve never stayed in this neighborhood…it is so charming, with everything you need just a block away, yet so quiet and private, situated on the most stunning private garden. The flat is spacious and absolutely lovely. It was a wonderful place for a family and my kids loved it. Well located in central London, as well. And of course, the host Alexis was fabulous. Thank you for making our stay in London exceptional 🙏🏼

I stayed with my family and we lived it. Across the raid from Harrods and a sensible walk to the Natural History Museum; terrific location. It’s very well appointed to - lots of very nice touches. We’ll definitely be coming back.

It’s not often you find a place that upon entering, looks even better than the photos - this one does. The decor is smart but comfortable with nice artwork and touches. There is no clutter and everything is clean. The kitchen is well stocked - plenty of pots and pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, etc. The beds are comfortable with lovely crisp linens and there are plenty of closets and storage space. The bathrooms are modern, clean and also have more than ample storage space for toiletries. Because it is located on a mews street, it is fairly quiet but just minutes from Marylebone High Street and all the shops and bistros. We also spent time in Regents Park and Hyde Park (an easy walk) and even walked through Mayfair to Buckingham Palace and St James Park. The closest tube is about 5 minutes from the house if you want to go further afield (or don’t want the longer walks)e. Great location in central London. Finally, we felt quite safe.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The place is modern, beautifully designed, and full of natural light thanks to the big windows. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay The location was perfect - centrally located, yet quiet and peaceful. It was the ideal home base for exploring London, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at this home! Great place in bankside! Close to trains, boats and you can walk to St. Paul’s in minutes. Lots of good restaurants (and borough market) steps away. The house was great for families, two big areas to hang out in. The photos really don’t do it Justice! Awesome kitchen and appliances. 3 1/2 bathrooms are great for up to 8 ! Cityrelay is great to work with, and very accommodating . They are super responsive . Do yourself a favor and book Pepys House!! Would 100% stay again. I would also recommend using City Relay again.
