Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. We visited as a large group of friends from around the country. we are incredibly grateful to Matt for being so helpful, responsive and friendly both in the run up to our stay and during. The property is beautiful. Exceeded expectations in every way, superb location, beautifully decorated and well-stocked and prepared for our visit. Bed linen was pristine (as was the rest of the property) and towels were beautifully laid out for us. At every point felt like a very professionally run business, out of a stunning property that felt like home. Could not have done more, thank you so much for hosting us Matt and Andy 😊

What a gorgeous house for a group weekend away! We had about 10 of us in this space for a weekend in London and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Debbie was a superb host and with recent hot weather in London managed to get an AC installed before our stay! This was a game changer in the kitchen for a big group like ours, and the upstairs AC kept it nice and cool on the top floor with the heat wave. Debbie is so friendly and lovely and does whatever she can to make your stay perfect. 10/10 recommend!

we had the most wonderful time staying at Sally's lovely home! we were at group of five ladies, all related on a girls trip! the house was spotless and the garden so peaceful and lovely. great location and just around the corner were lots of shops and restaurants! fairly easy to get to central London with the bus and tube, although we mostly ubered! Sally was always quick to answer any questions we had! i highly recommend her place!!

Julie,s place is great for a short break. It does have a lot of personal items in, which wasn’t an issue for us. A couple of the beds were doubles but not really suitable if you are a larger size person. Check in and out was easy. Overall would recommend

We ( a family with 4 people) have enjoyed this accommodation. The house is spacious and clean and everything you need is present. The neighborhood is quiet but in walking distance of the metro so a great base to explore London. Naomi is a pleasant host, communication was quick and hassle-free. We would definitely return.

Christine's house was perfect for our stay in London with my inlaws and 4 year old. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home - it's a beautiful house, everything was immaculate on arrival and it was very spacious for the five of us. It's a great location on a quiet street but just a few minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants, multiple playgrounds and the underground. The pub across the road was also great for an easy dinner. Christine was a very attentive host, gave clear instructions for everything and we really appreciated that she provided additional items such step stools and a monitor for our child. My inlaws haven't stopped raving about our stay and we would definitely book again when next in London.

Wow, what a lovely central spacious flat. I’m so happy I booked to stay at Marco’s. Definitely book it if it’s available. Pros: spacious, great location, comfy, tons of natural light. Cons: none.

We’ve spent a lot of time in Airbnbs in London and this was by far the quietest and most peaceful place we’ve ever stayed at. It’s on a private and secluded mews with views into the leafy backyards of houses on the adjoining street. The place was on the smaller side, but wonderfully appointed so it didn’t feel too small. The location was a perfect launchpad to north London, we enjoyed many local parks and walks along regents canal. Yaseen was as an incredibly kind and responsive host. We would definitely return again.

Our family had a great stay at this property. The three bedrooms and living room/kitchen are spread across four levels of this townhome, so each group had its own space and privacy. As others have noted, the property is suitable for groups comfortable with the central spiral staircase. For us, this spot in Camden Town worked well for our travels around London. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jessie's home. Jessie's communication from initial booking all the way through to the end of our stay was excellent, with clear instructions provided and recommendations for local things to do (activities / bars / restaurants). The home was as described / advertised and was perfect for our stay. There are multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and there are train stations close by which will take you direct to Waterloo station in the centre of London or to Kingston / Richmond / Windsor etc. I would 100% recommend Jessie as a host and would stay here again when next in London.

We had a great time at Romain's place. It was like being at home. Communication with Romain was very easy, he was quick to respond. The area where the house is located is very quiet and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is well connected to central London by bus or train/tube. We opted for the bus, there are several, it is cheaper and the children up to 15 years do not pay. Also see the city while you travel.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Almost better than the pictures :) Beautiful house in East London close to Victoria park and areas like Dalston, Hackney and Shoreditch. The tube is close, so you can easily get around greater London too. Jonathan and Matt are very helpful and flexible with everything. They gave us loads of really great tips about restaurants, bars and things to do. 10/10, would definitive stay here again.

This is a very cute garden flat in an excellent location with lots of restaurants, pubs, and shops very close by. There is also an Underground stop five minutes away. As shown in the photos, both the master bedroom and second bedroom face out onto a garden courtyard - the second bedroom has a bunkbed in it. There is a set of steps to go down to enter and leave the garden apartment. Guest should be aware that the tube (Underground) does travel under the flat, so one can hear and sometimes feel the subway movement. The Underground transportation does stop later at night, so it is not an issue for sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The interior of the home is warm and inviting, with lovely decor that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. All the amenities I needed were available, making my stay even more enjoyable. No wonder Ana’s place is a “Guest Favourite”. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. It’s bright, airy and comfortable. Ana has created a beautiful home filled with lovely touches and she’s an incredibly kind and generous host. It’s a great location - quiet but the shops and train station are just around the corner. I stayed with my dog and it was a 10 minute train to Hampstead Heath. Queens Park with more shops, tube station and lovely park (not off-leash for dogs) are a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thanks again, Ana!

Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. Lovely immaculate home, perfect quiet location but accessible to public transport.

The house is in a great location, a 10 min walk to both Richmond Station and Richmond Park and under 5 min to the river and the high street. Elena was a great host, she offered very clear instructions proactively, e.g. regarding the peculiarities of heating and hot water (which don't work simultaneously). For people with reduced mobility, it's worth noting that the bedrooms are on the second floor. The beds are really comfy!!

Location as amazing! Easy walking to lots of fun areas. We took a taxi elsewhere. Enjoyed the relatively quiet neighborhood and nearby pubs. Good stay for two couples each having their own set up. A little hot, but opening the windows helped. Could use some better pillows.
