Fantastic stay. Stephen was super responsive before and during the stay (and extended my stay too). Very clear instructions and info in pre-arrival message. Place is as pictured and described. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly (oven, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TVs). Area is great and well connected. Neighbours were quiet. Would absolutely stay there again.

A very comfortable flat close to Richmond High street and Richmond Park. The flat was light, clean and cosy. Beds could probably do with new mattresses or fresh toppers but pillows were very comfortable and linen soft. Lots of clothes storage space which was handy as we stayed for 10 nights. Highly recommend this cute and cosy flat.

A clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation. We stayed for 1 night, needing a stay close to Heathrow airport - it personally took us around 15min to bus from the nearest bus stop (Mondial Way Stop BL) to the airport (aiming for Terminal 2). Adam was responsive and even allowed us a couple hours' early check-in as well!

We stayed here as it was conveniently located for a seminar we were attending. The area was incredibly safe and beautiful, located along the Thames. It was about a 30-minute walk through the park to Richmond. There is some airplane noise but was remediated with ear plugs. Miranda is a very responsive host and was able to accommodate us with our specific check in needs.

A very cosy flat, nice area. Lovely surroundings . Flat is just as described and shown in photos, very nice modern and clean. Has everything to make you feel right at home , would definitely come back again & would definitely recommend. Seb was a great host. Responds very fast and very friendly. Thank you Seb ! The flat at Turnham Green was exactly what we were hoping to find for our family vacation. A private, clean and easily accessible place to stay. It was just two minutes from the tube station which made travel into Central London extremely convenient. It also had the local neighborhood charm away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Zoe was a amazing host and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently.

We had a fantastic time at Sarah's place. We were visiting London to visit the theatres. Sarah's place was ideal for this. The Elizabeth Line train station was very conveniently situated a few minutes walk away and gave easy access to central London. The coach house was beautiful and it was private and peaceful and it a lovely leafy green area. We were impressed with the comfort and tasteful decoration. The accommodation was very well equipped and furnished with everything we needed. We would stay at the coachouse again when we visit London.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from both subways on the front and back black lines, with a number of large supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. The house has a lovely little garden and is very cozy. We had a great stay and also cooked rice and coffee and tried Chris's wine hahaha. Recommended stay.

Our stay was amazing! Walkable to the Richmond green where we spent a lot of our time! Excellent restaurants and dessert places right down the street. The location couldn’t have been better! We had a grocery store right down the road that we walked to for groceries. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The second room was perfect for my little ones. We had an excellent time! I’m sad our stay is over. 10/10 would recommend!

I can just say it is the best place I have been in so far. Clean, cosy, private, functional..and the nespresso machine was definitely a must! Definitely I am coming back nextly!!

Lovely location and very nicely presented home. Mayur was a very responsive host and all our questions and requests were not a problem (oh, and the dryer is in the shed for those looking for it!). As mentioned by others, the stairs are steep, but we had no issues with our four year old. The location is excellent, with the Elizabeth line giving you very easy access into Central London and Heathrow airport. Highly recommended!

Wonderful flat, great location on a very quiet street. Several good pubs and restaurants nearby, Portabello Rd just steps away and several tube stations within a 15 min walk. Would highly recommend and stay here again without hesitation!

My 13 yr old daughter and I stayed at Jean-Pierre’s gorgeous place for one night and wished we could stay longer! Great location, 5 mins walk to the train station with regular trains to Marylebone & just 2 stops to Wembley Stadium, which is where we were headed. The place was a lovely home from home with everything we could need, super comfy bed, lovely fluffy towels, cool and comfortable on a super hot weekend. Jean-Pierre was a great host, great communication throughout the booking process, and kindly accommodated an early check for us. A perfect place to stay! We will definitely be back! Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

We had a great stay at Emilia’s home in Greenwich. The location is excellent - close to everything and easy to get around. Just a heads-up: it's situated on the path of the London Fire Brigade, so you might hear sirens at night. Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper. That said, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Emilia was a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!
