Based on 3 floors, this Georgian townhouse has 4 separate bedrooms, an additional lounge area, a fully operating kitchen and a beautiful, courtyard garden.

My 3 bedroom house is on The Vineyard on the lower slopes of Richmond Hill. This small detached house has driveway parking for 1 vehicle and is within minutes of the beautiful independent shops, pubs, cafe's and restaurants of central Richmond and 2-3 minutes from Richmond Waterfront. There are 2 x double beds and 1 x single although please note the bedrooms are small. There is an additional sofa bed downstairs. I have personal possessions in the house. Well behaved pets welcome.
