A compact and practical space with everything you need for a short stay including fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The comfortable double bed and black out blinds provide a peaceful nights sleep in a quiet location walking distance to Hampton Court Palace and nearby bars, restaurants and royal parks. A large, comfortable guest suite, with its own private entrance, in a Georgian townhouse. Set in a great Islington location, with excellent transport links, green spaces, and the delights of Upper Street only 5 mins walk away. The space has a boutique-hotel feel with a super king bed, underfloor heating, contemporary furnishings, luxury wet room and a separate loo. We also provide a mini fridge, simple continental breakfast, and tea and coffee facilities. (Note that there is no kitchen.)

Spacious en-suite double bedroom- Private entrance

Come and stay at Emu Cottage :) ~ LGBT+ Friendly ~ Parliamo Italiano! ~ This spacious en-suite room is a recently renovated garden house with its own private access. It is 10 min walking distance from Hanwell train station (which will take you to Paddington in 15 minutes) and less than 5 min walking distance from bus stops. Emu Cottage is fully soundproof, with a very spacious walk in shower, underfloor heating for the winter months and a food station with a microwave and a kettle.

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.

Garden Annex

Cosy annex to family home. I refurbished my home including building a new private garden suite. Private entrance leads to a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. French doors open out onto patio and garden. The is a mini fridge, nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal and snacks are provided free of charge Ask any questions, look forward to hosting guests Note there is no kitchen in the unit, it is a bedroom and bathroom.

"The Annexe" a private quiet location

"The Annexe" is adjacent to our house and is located in Sunbury in a quiet private location overlooking an urban city farm. It is within distance to Sunbury village, the river Thames with fantastic pubs and restaurants. It is close to Hampton Court, Kempton Park, Train stations to Waterloo and Sandown park. It has a contemporary feel but tastefully designed. Separate private entrance, private courtyard and parking space.
