Lovely stay here at Veque! Apartment was clean and matched the description. Lan, our host did a phenomenal job at easing us into our accommodation. She was always prompt in her replies and would go above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable and our needs/requests were met. She also allowed us to store our luggage in the building after check out as well. Exceptionally pleasant place to stay, would recommend!

The room is in a good location and very close to Train Street. It also comes with a balcony. Linh is very kind and ready to help.

Vey nice and convenient spot in the heart of the city. It was perfect for our one night stay in Hanoi.

Comfortable place, daily equipment is also very complete. but to get to the center of the old quarter area need to walk about 10mn. To dry it takes a few days because it does not directly get sun in the laundry section. But overall it's very satisfying.

Thank you for hosting us! You were amazing - always quick to respond and so helpful. The airport taxi arrangements both from and to the airport made our trip much smoother. The room was bright with plenty of natural light coming through the windows. I loved the desk area which was perfect for working while enjoying the view. The bed was very comfortable and everything was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The WiFi connection was excellent, which I was initially concerned about but turned out to be no issue at all. The included cleaning and laundry service was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more comfortable. The location couldn't be better - there's even a small gym just 2-3 minutes walking distance which was very convenient. For the price, this apartment is definitely one of the best deals you'll find in Hanoi. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area of the city! You won't find better value or a more helpful host.

The room is designed to be very bright, with comfortable bed sheets and bedding, making it ideal for a large group of friends to stay together. You can also see the sunrise from the balcony. During check-out, we could temporarily store our luggage at the guard house downstairs. For late-night entry, you need to use a key to open the iron gate downstairs, which feels relatively safe 👍🏻.

We had such a lovely stay at this flat near the Ecopark! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start—super quick to respond and full of great local recommendations for places to eat and explore. When we got a little lost, they were quick to guide us, which we really appreciated. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed—we just wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again one day.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment beside West Lake in Hanoi. The view from the balcony was stunning—peaceful lake by day, sparkling cityscape by night. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is ideal, with cafés, restaurants, and local attractions just a short walk away. It offered the perfect blend of Hanoi’s vibrant culture and calm lakeside charm. Our host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!

They are super kind and quick to respond and help out. Great place to stay.
