On the ground floor, a large entrance serving a laundry room, toilet and hand basin, on the 1st floor, living room, fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed. On the top floor, in the attic, a double bedroom and small shower room. Note: bed linen and towels are not provided. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Charlotte's House

Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon.
