Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. The Selma vacation home is located in the heart of a protected nature area in the Kettrup Hills. Here you can find peace and slow down. The area is suitable for activities in nature, and there are plenty of trails for both biking and hiking. The house was built in 1975, and the original style has been tried to preserve. There is no luxury here, but plenty of tranquility and opportunity for presence. Within driving distance of the house are Blokhus and Løkken, which offer plenty of cultural attractions and dining options. Dog welcome but only on the floor 😀
