Wonderful place to stay:) very welcoming and kind hosts. The place was very tidy and the two rooms were very perfect for us. I definitely recommend a stay here!

The apartment is very spacious, tidy, clean and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless and spacious. It has everything! The location is very good, it is facing the sea, the view is beautiful. The train that crosses the city passes behind and is somewhat noisy, but tolerable. At night you can go for a walk and enjoy the restaurants that are on the beach, everything is close.

We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 meters away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your door. Tonia is perfect, she fulfilled all our requests making sure that our vacation was fantastic. Thank you

This was our favorite place to stay in Europe the hosts were accommodating and stored our extra luggage while we went to Rome and Naples, very nice comfortable stay.

My family and I stayed for 3 days at Antonio and Cristina's house, we had a really good time, nothing was missing and everything was clean. Quiet area and close to the sea and green areas. Ideal for children and our dog . Thank you for everything.

Niki is a really friendly person, available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella to go to the beach! A cute and well-kept garden. Strategic location just a stone's throw from all services and the historic center. The garage of extreme comfort! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!! The apartment was even better than the description and photos. It was much more than a rental house, it felt like a second home with all the equipment and comforts of your own home. The view is splendid over the entire Numana coastline, both from the living room/kitchen, from the large patio, and from the upstairs bedroom from which you can watch the sunrise over the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and that is not normally found in rental houses. Adriana and Franco were very welcoming, helpful and generous: they provided us with basic food, but also various local products that were very welcome. They provided us with all the necessary tourist information and also left us a "gift" that we greatly appreciated. We couldn't have felt better!

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Corridonia is strategically located to visit Macerata, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, three truly delightful cities Communication with Chiara was easy and friendly Thank you Chiara for helping to make our little vacation special!! The stay at Valentina's house was like finding your home: cozy, warm and comfortable. The house was as described, even more beautiful. Valentina is very kind and caring. We will definitely return guests to Valentina's place. Although outside the town center, the location is convenient to reach in a few minutes, Recanati, Loreto, Porto Recanati.

We only stayed one night, to break the trip to Puglia, we are a family with three small children. We had a great clean house with parking on the property. I recommend it.

We loved the wonderful home and Leonardo is an exceptional host- the best! Our week in wonderful Sirolo went by too quickly and Leonardo’s place was the perfect base for us to enjoy the village, hikes and swims at nearby beaches. Look no further- for a perfect place to stay in Sirolo.

Daniele is one of the most generous, friendly, and helpful hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He was always available to assist and offer helpful suggestions. His place is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance from the Basilica. Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is great, perfect I’d say. We stayed as two adults and a young kid and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is spacious with spacious bedrooms. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with plenty to look at and nice and quiet. We had a hire car and drove up and down the coast and we’re so grateful to come back each night or have a relaxing pool day. You can’t really walk anywhere from here so a car is recommended. Most of all though, Elisabetta and her family were so welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. If this place is available, book it!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

Very nice house, and an amazing host

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

My partner and I were Gabriella's guests the last week of June and we had a great time! The apartment is very clean and is as it appears in the photos, equipped with everything you need for a great stay! Upon arrival we also found a pleasant welcome surprise consisting of sweet and savory snacks and in the refrigerator a bottle of water and one of wine! Gabriella proved to be helpful in everything, both in recommending places to visit or restaurants to eat, and in terms of check-in and check-out, meeting our many requests. The residence also offers a variety of amenities, such as the pool and bar, so I can only recommend and thank you for this very pleasant experience! 👍👍
