Wonderful get away - 50 feet from the Rio Chama ! This Northern New Mexico farmhouse, built in 2009, as a home for an artist and Yacht Builder, sits on 7 tranquil acres, next to the Rio Chama. Relax on the screened portal and enjoy the music of the river with all its wildlife to entertain you. Old timers says this might be one of the best fly fishing spots on the river. My little cabin sits on 20 acres, right off HIGHWAY 285. Only 720 sq ft, it offers two bedrooms and a great kitchen plus washer and dryer and full bath. We have new hiking trails on the thirty acres around us. One can also walk right into the Carson National Forest and have another 40,00 acres to roam. 59 miles to Santa Fe, 35 miles to Taos. 3 RV hookups for extra charge. Horses allowed. High speed internet! We must haul water in so PLEASE CONSERVE! 5 minutes to the hot springs

Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Our Guest House is 10 minutes to the Santa Fe Opera and approximately 10-12 minutes to downtown. Glorious sunrise and sunset views.
