Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Casa Alta Vista is a 3 bedroom home w/ private pool & incredible ocean views from every window & terrace. Set up on a hill overlooking the ocean, you can lounge by the pool, whale watch from the deck, or enjoy the palapa covered back patio. The property is completely enclosed with a wall & gated driveway. About a ten minute walk down the hill to the beach below (rocky, but great for snorkeling). May not be suitable for young children as there are low railings and ledges. 10 min drive to town

Casa Palma is one of 3 homes located on an acre of lush gardens within Casa Vieja Villa. This private sanctuary is just minutes from the stunning white sand beach of Los Barriles. The casa sleeps 4, two king beds, 2 bathrooms, smart TV, internet. Relax in our comfy loungers and cool off in the spacious pool and hot tub. We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Cacti House-Downtown Los Barriles

Located in the beautiful Bahia Residencial in downtown Los Barriles, Casa Cacti is your perfect home away from home. El Nido is a charming enclosed & private suite w/ beautiful & ever changing courtyard gardens w/ a private entrance to your own suite. Shared courtyard entrance with the owners. Very comfy queen bed & 1bath (2 sinks). Fully equipped kitchen. Shared W/D located in garage. One covered parking space. ATV’s can be brought in the courtyard. We are located in town - walkable to shops, cafes, taquerias, Palmas Pickleball Resort, restaurants and the glorious beach. Shared Starlink wifi.

Tranquil, Relaxing Beachfront, Exceptional Views!

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Suite #2 Torote, San Juan suites

Fully equipped and furnished apartment for up to 4 people. It has a room for two people and a common area in the living room with a sofa bed for two people. Highly recommended for couples with up to 2 children. Special for resting, we do not have a window in the main room, special for resting since the sun and noise do not filter through. A window in the living room and bathroom. Great artificial light If you like to rest in low light, this place is for you

Casita Metta

Your own private casita in the garden of a beachfront home 20 minutes north of Los Barriles. Rural location, calm and secluded. Guests have access to the dipping pool—too small for swimming but perfect for cooling off and great for children. The beach in front of the house is mostly rock but there are sandy stretches a short distance away. Los Barriles and El Cardonal, both 20 minutes by road, have fine sand beaches, restaurants and stores.
