Small but comfortable and everything you need. We even got some local fruits, like bananas and plenty of avocados.

A wonderful apartment where we felt very comfortable for 11 days. Carolina is a great host who has lovingly and perfectly equipped the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need, so you can prepare breakfast or a meal. Upon our arrival, a basket of avocados, oranges, bananas, wine and water and fresh eggs awaited us. There are plenty of towels, two nice balconies and restaurants, as well as shopping facilities are within walking distance. A pretty little place/beach where you can relax, or of course you can also use it as a location to explore the island. We liked Puerto very much, because it still looks authentic and is not quite so overrun. There were two of us, but the apartment is good enough for 4 adults, or a family with 2 children. Everything very clean + wonderful. If we travel to La Palma again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you Carolina!

The place is as described, close to the beach (10-15 min walk) , close to food store, close to dive center. Close to restaurants ( they are ok) the place is old but clean and we had everything that we needed. The pool is a plus when you have kids. Nice to have patio and eat outside. No AC but we were not warm as there is always wind and the window are made to have them open. Not many mosquitoes.i really recommend the place.

This is a beautiful home in a fantastic spot! The views out on the water were jaw-dropping, and an easy walk on the marine promenade leads to Los Cancajos Beach. Very easy drive to Santa Cruz, groceries, etc. Very clean, and Ivan was very communicative.

It was a good choice. The accommodation was a good one, clean, quiet and comfortable. We'll be back

Great apartment in perfect location for what I needed, lovely views from large balcony.

It was great! I would definitely stay here again if we can come back to this town. We loved how it was close to the shopping and eating district. There is a great market 2 blocks away for fresh fruits and veggies. We were two couples. My husband and I slept well on the pull out couch in the living room. We were able to have a cross breeze coming from the beach and listened to the city bustle and the waves as we went to sleep. ** Hot tip to help with luggage: We saw a local person do this so thought it was a good idea to help us with our luggage. (We had a lot.) On Google maps where C. Vandale meets LP-1, there is a place where I saw a local pull in their car, leave it running and go into a convenience store. I then decided that this was a good place to load luggage, as this is a bit of a challenge. A policeman drove by as we were waiting for the last person to arrive and didn’t seem to mind. I hope this helps others.

I can’t say enough about Villa Bajamar and its hosts. Carmela, Antonio and Paula, lovely family. The architectural design is outstanding, the views of the ocean from the living, bedroom and terrace unforgettable. Well equipped kitchen where we had nice dinners. Carmela and family went out of their way to help us. For instance, we forgot something at the house when we left and Antonio kindly brought it to the Airport, which is 1 1/2 hours! Amazing experience, very grateful!!

The property is very nice, surrounded by lovely nature, overlooking the mountains and the sea. From the main road LP-1, it is only a short path via a road easily accessible for the conditions on La Palma. You can take beautiful hikes directly from the property as the GR130 runs right behind the house. The terrace is beautiful, inside it is very cozy, everything for cooking is available. José guided us to the apartment and welcomed us with fruits and a wine from La Palma. We would definitely recommend a stay. Also very nice with children by the way (we spent a week in the accommodation with our two-year-old daughter).

This house is truly amazing and a real Airbnb unique! The location, the atmosphere of the different rooms, the view from the roof terrace, everything was great. I can recommend the place to anyone looking for something extraordinary.

Laura's house is cozy and perfectly equipped. The beautiful seating around the house fits different weather conditions and is all inviting. There are hiking trails right outside the front door, yet it is wonderfully quiet. And the starry sky with a recognizable Milky Way is stunning. Thanks to Laura!

We can only confirm all the very positive reviews from previous guests. The house is perfectly equipped with all the essential comforts for a good stay. This is probably one of the quietest places we have stayed in. You don't get tired of the view throughout the day, culminating in the sunset. If we go back to La Palma, it will be here.

Very peaceful cottage close to the coast near Playa Salemera. A confortable stay with relaxation at the forefront. The sunrises were incredible!

We had a great stay in San Andres for our participation at the Transvulcania. While the location is not ideal for the race if you're tight on time, it is amazing to get some rest before the race. The apartment is nicely located right next to a small paseo to the nature pools, but there aren't a lot of people walking around so the area is still very quiet. It is also well insulated so it doesn't heat up over the course of the day. This was definitely one of our nicest airbnbs so far and we would love to come back.

Very quiet and secluded amid banana plantations (many of them organic as far as we have seen). The disadvantage of this is that you can hardly get there without a car, but with a car it is a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you could ask for, you have plenty of space, a very nice terrace and a great view to Tenerife. No cell phone reception, but Wi-Fi, but that sometimes fails for a short time, so not recommended for remote work. But as a normal tourist you can fully enjoy the tranquility ;)

This property is exceptional. I’ve stayed all over the Canary Islands and Carlos's historic property in Santa Cruz de La Palma is one of my utmost favorites. It is right in the heart of the historic town, in a quiet neighborhood right near a reasonably priced parking garage. It has cobble stone streets and is right next to historic churches the Plaza de Mercado (like a Farmer’s Market), the historic Teatro Chico, the downtown walkable city (it is steep but worth it), the plaza, urban beach, lots of cafes, ice cream shops, stores, and minutes from the beach, airport, mountains, ferry. The location can’t be beat. And the apartment is incredible. Two bedroom two bathroom, salon, huge kitchen and eating area, washing machine, windows that look out over the neighborhood and ocean view, amazing high ceilings & floor to ceiling windows to watch the sunset through . Carlos is a wonderful and friendly host with lots of information about the town and island. I’d come back again and again!

A very cozy apartment located very close to the beach, also with a pool right in front of the apartment and not very crowded, great to enjoy. Anton was very friendly, answering very quickly and making everything clear in his communication. Highly recommended.

It’s a really well arranged flat in a nice complex close to a good range of shops. Tazacorte beach and Puerto Naos are close by and are both great places to go. Would stay again.

The apartment is in a unique space with privileged ocean views and a hundred meters from La Fajana's natural pool and two restaurants nearby. The two-story accommodation has everything you need to enjoy your stay in a pedestrian area that invites you to enjoy the seascape with peace of mind.

Highly recommended apartment. The location is ideal for enjoying the best part of Santa Cruz and as a base to explore the island from. Even though it is on the main pedestrian thoroughfare, it was still quiet and peaceful at all times. Definitely would stay here again on another trip to La Palma!

Centrally and very quietly located 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor (sea side) of an apartment building with corner balcony to NW. Bedroom with a very good double bed and plenty of storage space. 2. Bedroom was not used. The entire apartment is tiled and kept clean. Several German-language TV programs, good reception. Parking in front of the house along the adjacent one-way street or the nearby small parking lot is possible without any problems. 2 supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Additional note: Hostess on site informed us the day before departure that we can use the apartment until departure to the airport.
