On the ground floor, you will find a bright and welcoming living area, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed. Large doors open onto the outdoor terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. The master bedroom features a spacious 180 x 200 cm double bed, while the third bedroom offers a 160 x 200 cm double bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. One of the villa's highlights is the stunning rooftop terrace, furnished with comfortable lounge seating and offering beautiful views over the La Mata Lagoon.
