Our home is located on 2.3 acres in Finca Los Pargos, 5 minutes up the mountain from Playa Negra Beach in a unique area, offering complete privacy and very close to endless beaches. The home has an open floor plan with large sliding doors to the terrace and pool, creating for ample space to enjoy the surrounding endless forest while enjoying all the amenities the house has to offer. The sun rises over the mountains and the sunsets from the property are purely magical over the Pacific Ocean.

Cute private 1BR casita with a refreshing pool on my beautifully landscaped property. A quiet oasis in the heart of our tiny village. A perfect headquarters for couples, surfers and nomads. You can leisurely stroll to everything in Playa Negra including six restaurants , markets, surf shops, yoga studios and of course our beaches. Very safe, comfortable and clean. This is not an anonymous rental with an absent host. I love sharing my life’s dream of tropical living and surfing with my guests.

Playa Negra Surf House, waterfront and views!

We hope you enjoy our beautiful Playa Negra home, as we enjoy sharing it with others while we travel. Gated community and very safe. Short walk to three beaches including a top surf beach, plus a small pool in our garden. We are digital nomads so we have 100mbps fiber optic internet, plus a backup internet, and a battery backup system, so overall really reliable work from home setup. Furniture is all new, couches, mattresses, etc., so super comfy!

Cabina Cubensis is a petite guest house surrounded by a lush garden. It is perfect for two people. The space is modern with large windows and high ceilings in the main room. The high ceilings and huge windows enable viewing of the surrounding garden from the comfort of your bed. Free WIFI, 50 Mpbs Playa Callejones is a 20 minute a walk. Playa Negra is a 5 miinute drive. NOTE: Possible intermittent construction noise 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
