Nieves's place is an easy 15 min walk from the old town of Cordoba through beautiful gardens and streets. For our family of 5 it was a great spot for us to explore the area. Parking was a bit tricky however Nieves's partner who had a car park, offered to let us have it when he left, if not for this I think it would have been difficult to find a park locally. Nieves's was also very helpful with check-in and allowed us to drop off our luggage early which was a huge help.

Ideally located for a walking tour of the city. Personal parking space nearby and very convenient. Super responsive host. We highly recommend it.

Excellent apartment, newly remodeled with pleasure. First hosts who took into account all the things to have what is required in these places. Everything in order and maintenance Perfect. It was a spectacular experience. The site walking to Centro Histórico in only 20 minutes. And the callecita where it is located excellent too. We loved it !!!everything was very good. I loved the stay at this property and I wanted to extend for another day or so but due to tight schedule I had to leave.

The apartment was actually even better than in the pictures: everything very functional, yet pretty, three bedrooms, a living - dining area in the center, a split air conditioner in each room. Landlord was always reachable. Good WiFi and perfect location to accommodate a car and explore the city center on foot. Thank you 🤩

extremely convenient location to visit the mezquita. just need to cross the bridge 5 to 10 mins away. Good location if you drive. Sufficient parking within the compound

The place is absolutely beautiful, in the center of the city but away from all the busy tourist areas. The apartments are cozy and clean and the rooftop is beautiful. The hosts are lovely and very responsive and can give loads of recommendations if you want them! Highly recommend staying in this place

The house is great, it just needs a dishwasher, but that's not a problem. The fantastic location, air conditioning in all rooms, it has a super terrace that we took advantage of every night. Manuel is super friendly, he answers you super fast and he advised us where to eat and it couldn't have been better.

After 30 Airbnb experiences I can say I’ve found the best place. Very Nice appartement, everything is new and very clean. We love the location very peacefull and quiet. Lots of amenities during our stay that i’ve never saw before like chargers, games and even a Bluetooth speaker. Also enough toys for my 2 yr old Son. The garden is beautifull with a bbq that I used every Day. Thanks Juan for taking care of us🙏 you should be mentioned as a Airbnb superhost. The Apartment is beautifully decorated with nice attention to details. It was very comfortable, we felt really at home. Everything was very clean and the modern bathrooms and big showers luxurious. The location is very central and perfect for sightseeing, Restaurants, Shops. Jose is a great host and really took care of us, providing us with all Information we needed for arrival, parking and in his wonderful Guide of Córdoba which was very nicely prepared and useful. Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay, we will always remember and treasure it.

The accommodation is very good if you want to be quiet and very central. And having two complete bathrooms is great. I think it is a quiet area despite being centrally located and with everything close by. That there may be some crazy screaming down the street.... Well, you're going to hear him, that without a doubt. And the Internet thing works well, they have fiber. The only downside is that if you are short you will need help to reach the box. But well, if you let them know for sure they can do something about this hehe Also, I sent them the photos I took upon arrival because they were the best ones they have 😏
