Ático en primera línea del mar con terraza enorme para quiénes buscan oler y ver el mar en su día a día. Aquí se vive la naturaleza rodeada de azul con paz y tranquilidad. Posibilidades de disfrutar del buceo, excursiones en kayak, rutas por la montaña, visitas a la Torre de Santa Elena e incluso avistamiento de cetáceos en barco! Dit heerlijke, lichte vakantiehuisje in Murcia (zuid Spanje) heeft een grandioos uitzicht over de Campo van Cartagena. Ideaal voor rustzoekers, wandelaars en natuurmensen. De comfortabele casa is rustig gelegen, royaal en modern ingericht. Je beschikt over een douche én ligbad, een grote (woon)keuken met airco en luie stoelen, slaapkamer met tweepersoons bed en twee terrassen. Je huisje is omringd door een groene rotstuin. Het (gedeelde!) zwembad is in 2026 volledig vernieuwd en vergroot.
