This is a gem and would always go back again, when visiting Lake Como. The rooftop terrace is really outstanding and with a breathtaking view over the lake. Will be back :)

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

A real favorite for this house perched on the heights with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, all in a peaceful and privileged setting. We were delighted with our stay, everything is there: comfort, space, view, amenities, everything you need is there. We didn't see our host but we could easily communicate with him. We will be happy to return to this little haven of peace.

Despite bad weather, we spent a very relaxed week in this very idyllically located cozy house. The house is carefully renovated and tastefully furnished. The location is unique: all alone on a clearing in the forest. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at Mariapia's was wonderful, everything worked perfectly. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the time in the perfectly furnished accommodation. The area is beautiful and we would like to come back. Thank you very much, dear Mariapia!

We had a few wonderful days in the charming Rustico in the forest. The stone houses are super cozy and very well equipped and maintained. You are right in nature and have your peace and quiet and at the same time are quickly on foot to the Maggia and Ponte Brolla. Fabiana was always super friendly and helpful and responded immediately. I highly recommend the place and we will be happy to come back!

This place is amazing! Super tranquil, excellent view, location is superb. Birgitt and her co host are very kind and easy to communicate with. The house is stunning and has so much character and charm. I’d come back anytime.

Perfect stay i a clean apartment.

We enjoyed the stay with Franziska to the fullest. Such a beautiful place - a charming garden, the surroundings wonderful - what more could you want... we had made a stopover on the way back from southern Italy with our 3 children. You can hear the water when falling asleep, the town feels „real“ not too many tourists and the balcony is a highlight. We loved staying in this place/area.

Great apartment and even greater views! Felt right at home. The apartment was very very nice and clean, and all the amenities in it are high quality and up-to-date as well. We were allowed to experience five wonderful days in the fantastic villa directly on Lake Maggiore. The villa is located below the street, so the noise from the cars can only be heard weakly (the way down with some stairs was no problem for us). We rented the apartment Limone on the 2nd floor: the apartment is very nicely decorated with a lot of taste and we found everything clean and very well prepared. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic! The communication and support by Sabine and Albert was very pleasant, our inquiries were answered quickly and kindly and competently. Cannero Riviera is a beautiful place that can be reached quickly on foot. We hope to spend days there again and highly recommend this place!

Incredible stay. Location was perfect - beautiful and quiet. Ferry access in town and garage parking were great amenities. Private dock access was nice - Nicola helped us arrange a boat rental and we were picked up right at the dock. Clean, crib for baby provided. Nicola was very helpful and always available. A few things to note: for grocery store, 15-20 m drive. Trash has to be disposed at public area: 12m walk. Thank you Nicola, we will be back!

It was just perfect! The view is breathtaking, the amenities were incredibly good and everything was super clean. Everything is neat and perfectly prepared. You can feel the love of the host in every detail. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back! Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing longer weekend stay with a few friends at Andrea's place and I can only wholeheartedly recommend it!!! It has a really nice location with possibilities to explore numerous things around (by car). The kitchen was very well equipped and we were amazed at the number of available amenities. View from the balcony was simply breathtaking!!!

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. They truly embody the ideal concept of what Airbnb should always be. Thanks to the whole family
