If you are looking for a big beautiful house for a family holiday, look no further! This house is spacious, beautifully decorated, located in a quiet countryside but only ten minute drive to a big supermarket. We enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and playing boules. Photos don’t do the house justice. It exceeded our expectations. Would recommend staying here and we would not hesitate to stay again. Lise was very responsive in her communication. We drove through the night to get to the house and Lise kindly offered us a one off earlier check in, which we were grateful for.

Great house, great location absolutely loved it, will be returning again

This is probably the best Airbnb property we have ever stayed in. It is in a peaceful location, set in very well maintained gardens, and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, particularly from the outdoor dining terrace and the swimming pool. Tastefully renovated, it is also decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, and the leisure and games facilities (swimming, table tennis, snooker, table football, boules) are exceptional. The Lot and Aveyron valleys, with their spectacular gorges and picturesque hilltop towns and villages, are as scenic as the Dordogne but much quieter and less frequented, and we spent three happy days exploring the area. The hosts, Fanny and her mother Marie, are extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would love to return to the property in the future.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this Airbnb. The space was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly matches the photos. Everything was well thought out to make me feel at home. The location is ideal, quiet and close to everything. The host was very welcoming and available throughout the stay. A great experience that I would highly recommend!

The lodge is located in the middle of a beautiful natural environment. You can completely unwind there. We slept a total of 2 nights in the lodge because of our transit and went to explore the area by car. There is plenty to do for those who love sports activities and you can find nice wine farms and cheese shops to take home. The house was beautiful and the interior was well thought out. We recommend everyone to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay in this mill, tastefully decorated. Peaceful, very quiet, you hear nothing but the sound of the small stream. For cooking, there are all the utensils; we were even able to grill in the fireplace. As for the bedding, it is very nice, as is the bathroom. Harlee, the owner, lives in the part next to the mill. She is very discreet but is always available to answer any questions. In short, we recommend this place to stay in an atypical place.

Not our first stay and won’t be our last. A beautiful house in a wonderful setting. Everything you need in the house and the pool is fantastic. We will be back again.

Charlotte and Jérôme are very welcoming and available, everything is designed to make you feel good, the rental is very functional! Convenient self check-in and self check-out. The setting is very pleasant, no vis-à-vis or noise. The house is perfectly clean, the bedding comfortable. Very good stay, I recommend it!

This place is beautiful and is set in a splendid setting. It's total calm. There are very nice hikes to do in the area. We came at a time when it wasn't very hot with a lot of rain. The heating system is a small slow-burning wood burning stove that we had to provide with wood throughout our stay in order to warm up the space and chase humidity. But this stay was a unique experience.

Our holiday at Morganes House was SO perfekt. I lost my husband four months ago and I needed the peace together with my children and this house was more than perfect for this - so thank you.

A perfect stay with Gilles and his wife, the breakfast offered (extra was very good). The location is beautiful, the terrace overlooks a field, which makes the space very private and particularly peaceful. The pool is awesome. The interior decoration of the house is very pleasant. Very close to Rocamadour and Padirac (20 min from both by car). We will surely return to another season with great pleasure!

I really can’t recommend Philippe and Alain’s place enough and our stay was delightful from start to finish. Not only is the property set in beautiful surroundings but the accommodation itself is lovely; full of character and is charming and spacious for a couple. The hosts themselves are also delightful. Philippe was exceptionally helpful throughout the process and extremely responsive, answering our questions and helping us when we were looking to book a local taxi at short notice. He made the effort to meet us when we arrived and spoke to us regularly during our stay; always kind, polite and friendly. Thank you for a fantastic stay guys!

Carol is the ideal host. Their approach, as hosts, is one of attentiveness and welcoming but without imposing in any way. We happened to cross paths with Carol at the pool and had a brief chat but if not for that chance encounter we wouldn’t have known she, or anyone else, was there. Their system is very well thought out to maximise your comfort and privacy. The gite is beautiful, with antique features and handy modern amenities, and the house itself has a breathtaking panoramic view of the countryside. We would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Carol for our time at Mas Bel Air, we had the time of our lives.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

The house is beautiful, much nicer than the pictures. Sylvane is attentive at all times and gave us very useful directions. The equipment is very complete and the beds, sheets and towels are of great quality, as well as impeccable. From there you can easily visit all the tourist attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

We had a friendly welcome from Deborah, Simon, and their dog. The Coquet Cottage was beautifully decorated with lovely touches like linen bedding and a nice kitchen area. The grounds were beautiful, our dog loved spending time outside. The outdoor tub was very welcome on a hot day. The hosts recommended the local lake and some dog walking routes. A beautiful part of France, only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location surrounded by beautiful nature. Dog-friendly, very suitable for hikers, beautiful routes. The cottage was perfect for us with everything on it. The hostess and host respond quickly and are very involved.

We had a very pleasant stay at Marie-Paule's, who welcomed us very well. The accommodation is beautifully renovated with an incredible view of the Bozouls canyon. We particularly enjoyed being both in the heart of the village with all the shops and very good restaurants nearby while enjoying the quiet of the place. In short, a place to discover without fail in the region!
