Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Lot

Everything you hope for in a AirBNB/ Gite in France! We stayed one week with our teenage kids this October. The house is old but has every comfort needed including a large fire place and a washing machine. The atmosphere is right and every room is decorated in a unique way. The garden is large with lots of places to sit, lounge and a table to have breakfast, lunch and even a bbq for dinner. We spend lots of time in the hot tub and at the very nice heated pool. Pascale is a wonderful host, she waited for our late arrival, she had snacks and even breakfast for us to get started, she provided nice bathrobes and towels for the pool, had great local recommendations and was always available for a chat. The place is a little secluded but that was just right for us. Lot’s of fields and forests with plenty of wildlife, we did lots of long hikes with the dog. And for a visit to the market, a restaurant, castles, etc most places are less than 30 minute drive. Highly recommended!

Christiane's apartment is in a beautiful location and is well placed for visiting numerous attractions in the Lot and the Dordogne. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Christiane was a superb hostess. She gave us a very warm welcome, explained everything to us carefully and was extremely helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend both Christiane and her apartment.

Beautiful and relaxing place, the room is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is homemade and excellent. Jean Marie and his wife are also very nice and welcoming. I recommend it for a great stay in the Périgord countryside

Very pleasant stay with attentive hosts. Recommended without worries. On the other hand, contrary to some reviews, it is not recommended to go to Sarlat on foot. Great stay.

WOW. What a place! Our stay could not have been better. Granted the sun was shining all weekend which always makes things better but aside from that the property and surrounding area is breathtaking. We ate in the first night but then decided to eat in the restaurant the next two nights. The food was outstanding (thanks Able) and the service was exceptional (thanks Anna) A very kind and welcoming family that made our stay everything we had hoped for. Will definitely be back. P.s great for the kids. A huge garden for them to run around in, swimming pool, trampoline and slackline. Hours of entertainment.

Olivia and David are really pleasant, friendly, flexible, and will also be able to guide you usefully to make your stay in Puy l 'Evêque from reception to departure. In terms of services offered, it's high class, from accommodation to breakfast. All for a really modest price. I spent a night in the room called "Du Colonel", the reality exceeds the photos: we are immediately won over as soon as we pass the door by so much charm of this world decorated with great taste. You can even enjoy some outbuildings, terrace, small living room... Is it necessary to specify that I recommend it?

Mo's accommodation is on the second floor of a typical house in the area. The room is suitable for two people and reflects the typical houses of the Vezere. We had breakfast outdoors with a view of the garden and Mo's nice hens to keep us company.

Impeccable guest room and Brigitte is very attentive to her guests. Breakfast is very good with warm bread and croissant. Brigitte's family is welcoming. The room is spacious and very clean. The house is located in the countryside in a very relaxing setting. I’d stay again

Christiane's house is located in the small village of Salvignac overlooking the Lot. Thisis a charming village to visit. Christiane is very affable and full of kindness . She will tell you about her little slice of heaven that she won't leave for anything in the world . She is a duck specialist ( foie gras , stuffed shot etc...). The transformation and enhancement of this biped has no secrets for it . Great memory . Florence and Jean-Pierre from the end of Anjou .

Florence was a lovely host, she tired so hard with her English and we muddle through with ease. The house was beautiful and the pool was lovely eventhough the sun didn’t really shine for our stay. Breakfast was a different both mornings and all homemade which was a lovely touch. We had a cheese and charcuterie board on one evening which Florence provided, oh my god it was huge but delicious, it was nice to share a bottle of wine knowing you only had to walk back to your room rather than drive. We also shared the evening and breakfast with other guests which was also nice. (Google translate was handy ) The area is very pretty with lots of beautiful villages. Thankyou Florence for a lovely stay.

A nice meeting. Yann and Sophie were very welcoming and adorable. Short stay in a peaceful retreat. We directly feel the good life of our hosts and the room is a cocoon to which we want to go back. Very pleasant to stay there after visiting the most beautiful villages to do nearby. We strongly recommend!

Very nice room on a quiet property. Kathy is a thoughtful host who welcomed us with great hospitality. The room is well decorated and the amenities are as described. The bedding is of very good quality. Gourmet and varied breakfast. Always good advice that allowed us to discover unusual places or good places to eat, thanks to Phillipe too. We were hosted very well and will be happy to go back.

We had a great time at Mathilde and Martin's place. The place is sublime, the house very warm. The common areas are very, very pleasant to live in, you almost feel in nature while cooking. The huge table invites for long discussions with the different hosts of the house. It's modern, welcoming, soothing, bright, friendly. We were with our one-year-old baby. She was able to frolic everywhere in complete tranquility. Everything was provided to host children. Thank you! And it was a nice meeting with Martin and Mathilde. You managed to do a very nice project of this house, well done! To summarize: we spent our stay wondering who we'll be coming back to spend a week or two with. We loved it so much that it already makes you want to come back! Looking forward to it!

The house and vast gardens could not have been more beautiful! The manor house has a chateau on either side of it. The Magnolia Room was luxurious with windows all around and pretty views from each one. We had the run of the gardens and most of the house; Sarah and Glenn were friendly and helpful. There are great walks and drives from the house. Autoire is small and charming, in glorious countryside. In cold weather the house was chilly, and I lacked drawers or shelves to put away clothes, although I had hanging space. I especially enjoyed strolling in the flowery garden, watching the birds fly over the stream, and petting the donkeys.

Jane, Duncan and their son Lorne are amazing. So friendly and kind and so helpful. Helped with translations on the phone, were great to chat with but also give us our space. This place is a gem. One of the most beautiful views we’ve seen. Thanks so much!

Accommodation surrounded by nature but not far from the village. A small private outdoor space, a large fireplace in the bedroom that must make it pleasant when you stay there in the wrong season , and especially a very comfortable kingsize bed are the assets of this rental. Hosts are present and available, and the welcome is warm.

Our stay with Clem was wonderful, very detailed focused and made us feel very welcome. Lovely room in a secluded, peaceful area. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Aurélia & Julien's in Autoire. The mansion is beautiful, the village delightful, the waterfall very beautiful! We enjoyed the warm welcome, the aesthetics of the place, the welcome pool in August as well as the recommendations of our hosts (favorite for restaurants: Ernestine and Philia's Trip). We will be happy to stay in the beautiful Leda room!
