Independent studio, on the ground floor of a detached house, with equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction stove), large bathroom (Italian shower), new bedding (April 2024). Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome. The Gite is 15 minutes from the historic center of Sarlat and 5 minutes from the Dordogne (La Roque-Gageac). Secluded in a hamlet near the village, the cottage is composed of a large living room, living-dining room (with kitchen), three bedrooms and a shower room – toilet.
